    I know that Bielsa is revered by many people-including Pep Guardiola - as this footballing god amongst men but that image just doesn't square with how Leeds looked on the pitch in the final 10 minutes of that game yesterday. It was shambolic, no shape anywhere to be seen. you cant just rely on maverick attackers to cover up the cracks. Bielsa seems really stubborn to me, completely in thrall to his principles but the warning signs where there last season. Scored and many as they let in. How much is actually done on defending as a unit in training? it looks like they are set up to concede at least two a game now. if injuries mount and some of those attackers have long term injuries then they could be in real trouble. » Read

    I'm amazed people are surprised when we don't get definitive answers on injuries from managers. if you were Bielsa would you rather moyes could plan for the game knowing bamford or raph were out? its happening more and more now where players are just suddenly not in match squads even though they were "on the training pitch" as Rafa told us DCL was. keeping it vague until the last minute suits them from a tactical standpoint. not great for FPL but we should be used to it by now. » Read

    WTF is going on with nacho at Leicester? makes no sense no matter what way you look at it. he had a golden goose then just decides to not use it anymore. I can only assume vardy 'hinted' he wants to play up top on his own. Or rodgers is just really stubborn, has a preferred formation at that takes precedence over everything. Leicester now have one of the lowest xg's in the league and yet brendan persists with players with no form like maddison. » Read
