Chelsea and Cole wait for FA verdict
Ashley Cole could well face disciplinary action for allegedly sticking two fingers up to his former supporters in the game against Arsenal on Sunday.
Photographs appear to show Chelsea defender Cole making the gesture during Sunday’s game and an FA spokesman confirmed today that referee Alan Wiley had not included the incident in his post match report. However, the FA are set to review video and photographic evidence and come to a decision in the next 24-hours.
Cole could well face a suspension if found guilty although an improper conduct charge is more likely. Joey Barton was found guilty of a similar incident when he dropped his shorts against Everton in September last year. He admitted the charge and was fined a whopping £2000.
I will be going away for a month at New year, which player would be best to put as captain for this period.

looks like a military submarine captain going to the mission! in any case, Ronaldo against smaller teams in X-Mas period should outscore Fabregas who should find a damp in his form somehow after brilliant start of his season.

I agree that Ronaldo will score more points over xmas as a whole. However im trying to decide on captain for this gameweek.
Im thinking either Ronaldo or Fabregas, both are at home although they both have potentially tough games. What you guys think? Other options are v.Persie (whos comming in this week), Agbonglahor (bit too risky, not scored a goal for a bit), or Gerrard?
