Re the wedding, I think I currently have the longest hair, but I promise to wash it some time during the week before the Big Day. The bigger problem might be Rank; he has earned that name because his real name is Frank and his body smells perpetually of skanky wetsuit. It’s really quite remarkable. As for the other hippie charms, we all have real (or real-ish) jobs, good educations and only a portion of the crew are smokers. We are, however, equal opportunity drinkers.

Ahhh, so this is one of those “invitee only” events. How eXclusive. I was planning to bring the dudes (i.e., surfer guests) over with me and make a time of it. Most of them clean-up to passable standards (except Rank). I promise they would be quite attentive to your single gal pals.

What on earth makes you think we’ll have surfing guests? Unless you include Puff’s uncle Angus, but he only uses ironing boards and only after a pool of Guinness.

Again with the Blackpool…I think Da might have sent you that fake invitation just to see if he could actually get you to go to Blackpool.

Re the nuptials, if Pleasure Beach Blackpool is booked, you should consider the Santa Cruz Beach Boarwalk. It has rides, table games, carnies and a decent learners break for your surfing guests. The invithreat is quite charming. Perhaps cocktails rather than wine is in order?

Also, cheese eaters could just as easily refer to the Dutch. But I take it you mean the froggies.

It’s more about our not-so-inspiring play of late. Oh, and we’re not very good at winning tournaments. The last time we did I was wearing a Fido Dido t-shirt. Go figure.
