It’s an evening kick-off for this one, as we sneak into the studio and record the Christmas podcast under floodlights. This week it’s Granville’s turn to grace the comfy chair of defeat, as I regain the mini-league top spot and spend a good proportion of the show ramming that small fact home. We put the mid-price midfield marvels under the microscope, examine the merits of doubling up on United’s fixture pile-up and of course, preview the busy programme over Christmas. Then, in the true spirit of Christmas, presents are exchanged. In my case it was meant to be a cheap jibe wrapped in carrier bag, as it turned out, Granville was rather pleased with it.
