Gameweek 28 – The FPL Captain Poll

United and Villa wander down Wembley Way to “compete” for the Carling Cup. There’s an Italian stand-off at Stamford Bridge as Ancelotti and Mancini lock horns. Meanwhile Wenger takes his beautiful football and braves a bombardment at the Potteries…

Where exactly do we place our Fantasy Premier League captain’s armband then? With one of the few “plum ties” this week, do Liverpool come back into consideration even with a disparate form in front of goal?

A little look at our poll so far this week would tell you that the last day or so has turned a few heads, but fantasy favourites Drogba and Fabregas are still miles ahead, despite potential hiccups on the fixture list.

If you’ve not placed your vote yet, look no further than to the column a little to the right and use this post as your sounding board for your decision.

    Hi Lads – help needed!!

    Sorenson
    Dawson, Dann, Shorey,
    N’Zogbia, Lee
    Rodellega, Drogba

    Missing players – Friedel, Evra, Dunne, Collison, Valencia, Milner, Rooney

    I was thinking
    Evra -> Ricketts (or someone 4.2 or less)
    collison -> Fabs
    Valencia -> Kyut

    any other ideas or suggestions?

    Nelosn > Baines

    Seems OK? Its part of The Plan, and with Defoe and Crouch doubtful now seems as good a time as any.

      yes, with insua a potential doubt (my original move for Nelsen) and Spurs looking a bit toothless, getting in an Everton defender a week earlier than id originally planned doesnt seem so bad.

    i need to replace zamora, collinson & dunne.

    Any one got any good suggesion who will do well these next 2 gameweeks? Has to be somewhat simiilar priced as only got 0.6m in the bank and already got lee and nzgobia in myteam.

    If no one attracts my eye i,m seriously considering playing 10 or even 9 this week.

  9. Lozza says:

    Still can’t decide between captain for this week, Lampard or Fabregas?

  10. Chris 1 says:

    Modric or Pienaar?

    • SlipperyEel says:

      Pienaar looks better for long term. Spurs miss GW29. Modric likely to do better this week though.
