New Season Memberships Now Available

Filed under: Members - Posted by: Mark

We’re pleased to announce that the Memberships for the 2012/13 season are now up and running. Full membership is available for £12.50 as a pre-season offer until proceedings kick-off in August.

Registered users can click here to upgrade. New users yet to register will need to go here.

You can find the full details of the Members Benefits on this updated page.

Having spent last summer working on the redesign of the full site, one of my targets for this year has been to improve the members offering. That meant purchasing more data from our friends at Opta and building the kind of statistical analysis site that Fantasy managers deserve. We now have access to data for every event taking place on a Premier League pitch – and we’re going to use it.

While I’d have liked to go more ready for this week, we’re launching with statistics tables that have been fully rebuilt, a refined ICT Index, new stats filters (including home/away), a new Match Dashboard and our first, of many, visual charts.

There is going to be much, much more to come. We’ve put in the hard work now by getting the data from Opta and turning it into what you can see today. From here on in we can have fun producing more tools and visuals, more of what you want to help you analyse and examine the players and teams in a new level of detail.

A big thanks to Paul for keeping us going with cracking articles while I’ve been working on this. Also, big thanks to Sean, Will and our brilliant tech director Ed for the efforts they put in. As I say, now the fun begins adding more toys.

Finally, thanks, of course, go to all those who choose to sign up and support the site and what we’re building. I hope the new members content can help it be another season of mini-league triumph.

For those who want to see what’s on offer, here’s a movie outlining the improvements we’ve made to the stats area. For more details on the full offering, visit this page.

  11. Kagewa even.

      1. i'll get there ;)

  12. Nobodies mentioned Boateng, Hummels over him as captain then?

    1. Hummels slightly better goal threat I'd say. Clutching at straws but....

    2. Boateng and yellow cards and lack of recovered balls... nah, I think not!

  13. Anyone got any FGS bets? Thinking Ozil at 11.0

  14. Who should I captain ????
    A) Gomes
    B) Lahm
    C) Neuer

        Thanks beric

  16. I am amazed at how many switched the (c) to Gomez before the lineup was confirmed. You all must be n00bs or incredibly impetuous. I don't mean that nastily.... but really?

    1. Truth! Always wait until right before the deadline to make such changes

    2. I did it but only because I knew I would have switched the captaincy to Hummels or Schweinsteiger anyway.

      1. (that's if Gomez wasn't going to start)

      2. Who you going for Milk? I have to pick from those too

        1. I'm going for Hummels. I predict he'll score 7 or even more if we're lucky. Schweinsteiger has potential to score much more I suppose but I think it's much more of a gamble.

    3. I don't think I'll miss the 3 points I had ;)

  17. New post peeps!

  18. I don't think it's worth it to change ur captain from Ronaldo to Schweinsteiger. You will only gain 1 pt if he scored and 2 pts if he scored and got a CS or 1 RB.

    1. Truth!! people are thinking of taking the (c) off CR7 but I stick with him..

  19. Ozil or Boateng for the band of doom?!!

    1. Ozil.

    2. Band of doom. It has been for my players!

      Ozil all day long.

    3. Love this. :-D Schweinsteiger.

    4. Boateng

  20. do we get more cash for semis? or buy some bargain greece players (3 checz at the mo) before mcd get rid and free up some cash

    1. No more cash.

  21. 5 points for Ozil tonight, 7 for Hummels.

    1. hope not just changed cpt from cr7 to ozil.....

      1. You might regret that.

        1. have regretted every cpt change so far!!

  22. got some new info.guess what guys?Low play fantasy too.and he captained Klose for this round to catch up with his mini league leader.damn Low.so selfish and screwed us all.

    1. It's the only explanation...

If Germany go out now, he's going to have to own up!

      1. i hope he put Germany before his fantasy team.lol.imagine if he have Sifakis and Mantias.

  23. so, so far there myself, Beric, Milkman and Dunny on the Hummels (c) wagon. Anyone else joining us?

    1. 1 CS,11 RB,and an assist.

    2. I have following your reply earlier

  24. new post

  25. Playing a different game. Thinking of selling Gomez..any idea who is the best choice between Reus, Ozil, Klose and Schurrie? Appreciate any help please!

  26. I've just sacked my assistant manager - the stupid bugger just told me to Captain Gomez and bench Rooney for Pirlo!
