New Match Stat Maps Now in Members Section

Filed under: Members - Posted by: Mark

In addition to recently publishing the first set of Pre-Season Player Projections, we’ve also rolled out a selection of new stat maps in the Members Area.

Currently these are available via the Match Dashboard, allowing you to view events such as Goal Attempts, Chances Created, Crosses, Passes, Tackles, Clearances and Blocks in any given match. You can also filter these by any player in the match to get a view of his performance for any of the stats in question.

We’ve got more stat maps to add to the selection, most notably a touches heatmap. Before that, however, we’ll be adding these new stat maps to the Player Profiles and Compare Tool to allow the analysis of the maps over a range of Gameweeks.

  1. RMT out of 10

    Jassk – Begovic
    Fabio – Harte – Ivanovic – Clichy – Rafael
    Maloney – Hazard – Kagawa – Silva – Morrison
    Pog – Aguero – Torres

    Any suggestions would be appreciated???

    1. 7 Harte won't play

      1. Shorey just back up - Harte will start

        1. Hmmm....good luck with that

  2. If you had to choose a Chelsea midfielder right now, who would it be?

Currently switching between Hazard and Lampard, but Ramires also appeals.

    1. Hazard or Mata

      1. Mata would be my first choice for the rest of the season, but not first GW.

  3. Does anyone rate Pog to do well?

    1. Nope - just a DGW option only - with a view of changing to Petric!!!

      1. Why not? He costs 5.0, he can't do much wrong.

        1. He only looks appealing for the dgw after that you will be stuck with him and want him out, however it's likely there will be more pressing transfers to do ie Torres Rooney week 2 it's like being lured into a trap picking Pog imo

          1. I agree that you don't wanna be stuck with too many players not playing in GW3, so I can understand that. But the question was asking whether people think he'll do well..

            1. I don't think Reading will be free scoring like Norwich were last season plus with him being so cheap it would be difficult to replace him with anyone the same price you would most likely have to take a hit elsewhere to upgrade him

    2. 1st gw yes but def not a season keeper.

    3. I'd rate him about as likely to do well as the likes of Lambert and Graham. So for me, he's a decent option as a third striker.

      1. Agreed. He's proven himself to be prolific if he gets the service, and I reckon Reading will suit his game.

  4. what was the FFS generic team at this time last season?

    1. n'zog.given,moses,rooney,(che defenders),silva,kompany,taarabt

    2. Everyone had Given, loads of punts on Torres and Carroll

    3. I wasn't here this time last season but let me have a guess

      Given Begovic
      Vidic Hangeland Huth 4.0 4.0
      Silva Mata Nani Moses N'Zogbia
      Aguero Suarez Boselli

      1. You missed Sinclair and Taarabt.

    4. Given and ruddy was everyones gks
And bent and Carroll for strs

  5. Which option?
    A) Clyne Bale Kagawa, Graham and Macarthy
B)Cuellar Silva Taarabt Graham and Michu
    C) Clyne Bale Taarabt Pog and Kagawa

    1. B but downgrade cuellar to clyne and upgrade taarabt to pienaar/larsson/mclean IMO

  6. Join my league with code=59270-20082.Is frie nailed on for fulham?

  7. Points to consider before posting an RMT.

    - Check if you have United/City/Chelsea coverage and Tottenham coverage eventually.
    - If you're going for rotation, get nailed on keepers. Not 4.0s
    - Keep the punts to a minimum. 2 at max. eg: Hazard + Petric / Kagawa + Vaz Te.. etc.
    - Keep an eye on Swansea great fixtures, but don't just get Michu in for the sake of it. Graham is a better option.
    - If you're looking to save money on defence, at least get 2 mid priced nailed on defenders for good teams before you do the 3 x 4.0 rotation mumbojumbo.

Finally, don't get players who'se names you cant spell. It's Pogrebnyak and Taarabt. LOL :P

    1. Better still, read back a few pages, I guarantee someone has already posted it... ;)

    How is the team looking?
    appreciate any feedback......

    Vorm Federici

Cole A Lescott Kelly Boyce Cuellar

    Hazard Silva Michu Noble Maloney

    Torres Rooney Pogrebnyak

    1. Rooney for Kun?

  9. Why does everyone rate federici so highly? fixtures are horrible

    1. Most people have him paired with a 'big' keeper and will rarely play him. Reading had the best def record of the promoted teams last season....... and he has a double gw

  10. Wow afobe!

    Gervinho looks live...

  11. a defender for 6.5? i already have A.Cole, Fabio, Clichy, Marriappa

    1. Glen Johnson They have sh*t fixtures but I think he will get forward loads as Liverpool will gobble-up possesion this season.

      1. Season keeper IMHO.

  12. mclean, sincalir, larsson, pinnear or michu and why??

    1. i like mcClean but everyone seems to think sunderland wont be great this season, still trying to figure out why everything thinks that though, i think he's got amazing potential

    2. Sinclair on pens and has the fixtures in his favour plus easier to downgrade him for one of the rest than it is to upgrade one of the rest to Sinclair

  13. Gervinho has been excellent since coming on.

    1. Yes he has. Aneke and Afobe look studdish too.

      1. Whats the score ATM?

        1. 2-1 Kitchee. Though Arsenal have had loads of chances.

      2. I don't know what studdish means but Afobe won't make it here, horrible finisher. Aneke looks promising but a little slow.

        1. I would say it´s a little early to be saying ¨horrible¨ from what I´ve seen of him the last two years.

          1. Ha you were saying? Great header there....

        2. He´s so proving you right though...jeez, headers don´t get any easier.

  14. Dear god Santos: positionally dyslexic!

  15. Ddg fedirici
    Cole kaboul hangeland cuellar gunter
    Hazard dempsey kagawa pienaar noble
    Torres tevez graham

    Any1 gt any ideas?x

  16. I’ve had a look at everyone else’s teams and the feedback and have chosen this:

    Friedel (Federici)

Lescott Williams A Cole Jones (McCartney)

    Pienaar Valencia Hazard(c) (Maloney) (Guthrie)

    Torres Agüero(v) Graham

How would you rate it out of 10? Who should I change? Captain choices?

    Feedback is much appreciated thanks.

    1. Phil Jones? He will be a risk. Get De Gea in goal and Hangeland/Saylor in defence for Jones. Upgrade Guthrie with the spare 0.5

      1. Brought in Hangeland and De Gea for Friedel and Jones. Guthrie for Noble as well. Captain tips?

  17. What are the best Goal keepers combo for the first six weeks?

    1. What are the opinions on Ox's gametime this season?

      1. Still up in the air. Especially with more people to come.

  18. does anyone think swansea are capable of keeping clean sheets? against the average teams especially.. are they purely an attacking team?

    1. It's a stab in the dark with the new man in charge. He's already brought in a defender or two, so I think last season should be ignored.

  19. Hello everyone, I’m new here and need some tips and advices for my FPL Team !

    Here it is :

    Jaask – Cerny
    A Cole – Jones – Clichy – Barnett – McCartney
    Silva – Hazard – Guthrie – Kagawa – Dyer
    Aguero – Torres – Pog

What do you think about it?

    Tell me ! Thx!

    1. U need 2 playing keepers. Phil Jones? Bad pick - week 2 he will be a risk. Downgrade Jones to Hangeland, upgrade Guthrie and Cerny.

      1. Who should I pick as a goalkeeper ?

Are you sure that Jones won't play at all ?

        Thanks for your answer

        1. Begovic. Not sure but 6.0 mil risk is just silly

    2. Cerny + Jones are all that stand out IMO otherwise looking good.

      1. Ok, but as a substitute, Cerny looks good no? Who should I pick instead of Guthrie ?

    3. Get rid of Cerny he won't play if Jaask is injured or suspended it will be a waste of a transfer having to bring someone in plus will u really be wanting to play him every week

      1. I Picked Ruddy instead of Cerny. Hangeland instead of Jones.
        1M in the bank.

Do you think my team is competitive then ?

        1. Yes that's much better, just keep popping back on here and reading people's opinions and you will soon have a good idea of your team

          1. Thanks,

Is Dyer better than Allen ?
Don't you think Walker could be a better choice than Clichy (Rotation with Kolarov) ?

            1. Yes Dyer better attacking threat more chance of clean sheets from Clichy than Walker but Walker less of a rotation threat try to find the .5 and get Lescott if you can

        2. Also now you have Ruddy change Barnett to Clyne or another 4m defender as having double Norwich wouldn't be a good tactic

          1. That's Right.Thx

            1. Get yourself a grav as well people tend to reply more to people if they have a grav for some reason, you can get one at http://www.gravatar.com

              1. I cannot manage to change my grav... where is it ?

  20. A Yennaris/Bartley CB pairing is like a height difference of like a foot and a half!

  21. Please Rate:
    Krul Cerny
    Kaboul Clichy Cole Barnett Clyne
    Bale Marin Silva Britton Gunthrie
    Aguero Pogrebnyak Torres

2.5m in bank to either go:
    a) Torres to Rooney (GW2) and could also go Clichy to Lescott
    b) Marin to Hazard

    Comments appreciated!

    1. Britton? Do you know something we don´t? If so, please share. It looks like a minefield of
uncertainty to me with 14 mids available for transfer.

      1. Alphabetical order... cheapest 4.5 midfielder. Anyone you recommend?
Marin has looked great so dont think he is an issue.
Just trying to get the right balance.

        1. Don´t be afraid of Wigan, they are high on my upset team for GW1, don´t run and got get Stam or anybody but if you can scrape-up the cash for Boyce (5.0), but my number 1 pick looking at your line-up would be Fabio (4.5). He´s the filler player for cheap that you play if your rotation is screwed for a week and consistently expect attacking forays.

    2. Just start off with Lescott. Keep 2.0 for Rooney in gw2. Ramires over Marin - more likely to play all 3 games. Britton and Guthrie are both bad picks. Silva is unneccesay if you have Aguero. U need 2 playing keepers. Spurs may have a leaky defence with AVB. Kaboul may not even start, with Dawson back and named captain.

      Changes I would do:
      Kaboul -> Hangeland
      Clichy - > Lescott
      Barnett -> Cuellar
      Marin -> Hazard
      Silva -> Sessegnon

      1. scratch the last one, Silva -> McClean, Britton -> Maloney, Guthrie -> Dyer

  22. Gervinho assist to Eisfeld. 2-2

  23. Some comments on this team please - thanks in advance.

    DDG - Jaas
    Tomkins - McCartney - A. Cole - Hooiveld - Hangeland
    Bale - Hazard - McClean - Taarabt - Noble
    Pog - Tevez - Torres

4.5 in the bank = Torres to Roo + Pog to Ba or Cheap Mid to Kagawa if starting.

    1. Defence is wayyy weak. Wouldn't double on West Ham D either. Ba isn't a good prospect either, with his left wing positon and his end of season dry spell.

  24. Whats everyones infatuation with McClean?

    1. had quite a good mid to end of season, but I don't like him at that price. I'd be picking Larsson if I were to go Sunderland.

      1. Ye I have Larrson over him at the moment... who else at 6.5?

  25. Okay so my new team after your tips looks like that :

    Begovic - Jaask
    A Cole - Hangeland - Clichy - Barnett - Clyne
    Silva - Hazard - Kagawa - Dyer - Guthrie
    Aguero - Torres - Pog

My question is : Who will I fire in order to buy Rooney instead of Torres ?
Or should I downgrade somebody in this team ?

    Any ideas ? Thx

  26. Starting to lean towards Tevez over Aguero for the extra funds, Whats ppl thoughts on Tevez starting and game time etc?

  27. just tried to become a member.weekend was a toughie and credit card says NNOOOOOO...next payday defo.what ya reckon of team so far
    federici-jass
    fabio terry lescott clyne barnett
    hazardous-kagawa-taarabt-chamberlain-noble
torres(please dont shaft me like last year)-aguero-petric

  28. anyone want to share their predicted clean sheets for gw1? mine are Mancity, chelsea 1, and fulham

  29. Best 9.5 mid (not including Chelsea)
