We start Gameweek 5 at the Liberty Stadium, as Michael Laudrup’s Swansea host Everton. The Dugout Discussion is open, so come in and follow all the day’s action amongst fellow fantasy football managers. The team news is in and there’s one or two surprises…
Swansea XI: Vorm, Rangel, Tate, Williams, Davies, Ki, de Guzman, Michu, Hernandez, Routledge, Graham.
Everton XI: Howard, Neville, Heitinga, Jagielka, Baines, Osman, Pienaar, Coleman, Fellaini, Mirallas, Anichebe.
Following their defeat at Aston Villa last time out, Nathan Dyer and Leon Britton drop to the bench with Ki Sung Yueng and Pablo Hernandez coming in.
Having scored on Monday night against Newcastle, Victor Anichebe earns a starting berth, replacing the injured Nikica Jelavic.
There’s another five Premier League fixtures to enjoy after Swansea and Everton do battle – so plenty of fantasy points on offer all round. The Dugout Discussion chatroom is the place to see them roll in, which can be accessed right here.

Everton doubled their advantage just before the interval, Mirallas scoring from close-range with a header after his initial effort had been saved.
I don’t think Pienaar will get the assist :/

Moyes was the first manager to properly break Swansea at home last season. He’s just too good at breaking one style teams, swansea dont have a back up plan and Moyes will destroy them.

if Sterling got an assist last week, this should also stand. He set up a shot which was blocked, then Suarez stuck in the rebound. This week it was simply the cross bar blocking the initial shot instead of a defender.
Should definitely stand.
Coupled with fact RVP got an assist last year for an identical goal at QPR where Walcott hit post and put in the rebound.

The scoring player can take a few touches before scoring, and it will still be an assist, so Mirallas didn’t assist himself.
Also, the rules state: If after this touch, an opposing player touches the ball OUTSIDE THE PENALTY AREA altering the intended destination of the ball, then no assist is given, except if this intervention directly results in an own goal.
Vorm was obviously inside the penalty area. So it is a Pienaar assist.
