We ease ourselves into Gameweek 14 with two Tuesday night matches that, on the surface, promise little but may yet surprise.
It’s difficult to know what to expect from the clash at the Stadium of Light where Martin O’Neill’s Sunderland face Harry Redknapp’s new QPR “project”. Aston Villa’s meeting with struggling Reading provides the other distraction, a game devoid of established Fantasy assets but affording us the opportunity to assess the Royals’ potential ahead of the double Gameweek 16.
As always on matchday’s, our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to capture your views and emotions as the night’s action unfolds.
The team news finds Sunderland make two changes as John O’Shea fails to overcome the calf injury sustained against West Brom as Matt Kilgallon comes in; Craig Gardner starts ahead of Jack Colback in midfield. Redknapp is able to recall Jose Bosingwa to his back four, while Esteban Granero and Samba Diakite come into the midfield at the expense of Ale Faurlin and Shaun Derry.
Villa are forced into a change at the back with Ron Vlaar failing to recover from the injury that forced him off against Arsenal – Nathan Baker comes in to replace him. There’s also a change in midfield with Brett Holman getting the nod ahead of Karim El Ahmadi. Reading make two notable changes with Chris Gunter and Fantasy favourite Kaspars Gorkss making way, as Shaun Cummings and Adrian Mariappa are drafted in.

I find it quite amazing that Sterling keeps going up in price.
I have but I found most weeks he's my 5th midfield player aka.... On the bench.
