The Fantasy Flutter with Paddy Power – Gameweek 21

We head off to Paddy with another tenner in hand for our first Flutter of the New Year this morning. All three of our bets find their way into this week’s Scout Picks – we look to home games at St Mary’s and Goodison on Saturday before backing the Gunners chief playmaker to bring home the money on Monday evening:

First up, we turn to Southampton’s home game against West Brom, with Adam Lallana on our radar. The Saints skipper has scored three of his four league goals in front of the St Mary’s faithful and, having climbed off the bench to net against Burnley in the FA Cup last week, we’re backing him to produce the goods again. Paddy have offered odds of 7/1 on Lallana to grab a goal and Southampton to produce a clean sheet and we’re throwing £3 their way.

We make our way to Goodison now, where the inconsistent Romelu Lukaku earns our backing. The big Belgian has notched in just one of the last seven Gameweeks but will be confident of returning to goalscoring ways as Norwich roll up to Merseyside devoid of the injured Michael Turner in defence. Paddy are prepared to offer 7/1 on Lukaku scoring two or more and an Everton clean sheet – with the Canaries finding the net just twice in their last  four, Paddy takes another £3 of our cash for this one.

Our final wager goes on Monday evening’s encounter at Villa Park. Arsenal roll up to Paul Lambert’s strugglers reeling from the news that Theo Walcott is out for the season but Arsene Wenger is set to hand Mesut Ozil a starting berth after the German missed the last two with a shoulder injury. Paddy are offering odds of 6/1 on Ozil to score and the Gunners to keep a clean sheet – given that Wenger’s side have conceded a single goal in the last four, we make this our bet of the weekend and empty our wallet of its remaining £4.

If you’re yet to register an account with Paddy, be sure to check out this week’s AWAY DAY TREBLE LINK. Paddy are offering odds of 8/1 for Chelsea, Arsenal and City all to win at Hull, Villa and Newcastle respectively.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

I was debating on what team to double up on Chelsea, Liverpool or City. They I realized who is scoring absolutely the most goals. Than I got back and really don't know why I was even debating on that heheh.

Preparing to shout like all the casuals than 😉
