Pick 2
a) Hazard
b) Sanchez
c) Yaya-
a & b
-
A, B, many others then C
-
I think the first two are a must. Third one is a luxury.

Merry Christmas people. Hope you all had a good GW.-
oh wow that is a brutal run. You must let me know who you're captaining next week, so i can avoid said player 😉
-
RVP bud....stay well clear 😉
-
-
That's brutal! I've had a bit of a mixed bag, but overall decent captain choices.

-
Some very decent scores there mate. Will be doing RVP myself this GW if you would like to avoid 😉
-
Cheers mate!
Had an 83 point haul this week, and currently sitting in a lofty 8,083rd position! 🙂
Thinking of captaining Austin this week!
-
-
-
-
-
Second time this season I've made a very successful maverick transfer that has been all but nullified by an ill-timed captain fail. First I got Pelle for his brace before he was fashionable and this week I got in Cazorla. Instead of enjoying the success of a maverick transfer, I am left fuming at captaining Costa over Hazard.
-
Kudos anyway Pepin 🙂
-
Thanks Innsie. The maverick in me is always suffocated by the dullard 🙂
-
-
Thoughts are with you 🙁
-
Hats don't think. When are you going to resurrect your triple Man City defense from a few seasons back?
-
haha strange that you mentioned that! I was thinking about that in the shower this morning (it is where I reflect on Fantasy Football) but I just don't think it is possible this year with Aguero in unstoppable form and the rotation at City
-
Aw c'mon hat. I've already got 2 of em. Might get a 3rd for Baines soon... If I get your permission 😉
-
Which three? I'm thinking about doubling up on Clichy and Demi, but worried about Kompany coming back.
-
Already have Zab and Hart. Will probably get Demi if I get another.
-
-
who was the second city defender you bought in??
-
Hart
-
-
-
-
-
-
Same, I feel you man 🙁
Eriksen & Mirallas did great for me but Lukaku(C) had to ruin the day. Should've left it on Hazard. 😕
Fantastic move with Cazorla though! Might be my transfer this week.-
Pool look shambolic and then QPR at home. Could be some more returns. Stats are good, too. Not sure if he would have taken the penalty had Guroud stayed on the pitch?
-
-
hate that! I captained pelle for said brace only for everyone else to captain costa's hatty. Couple weeks later captained sanchez for his first haul everyone else had it on aguero's foursome 🙁
Well played on santi man-
Stick to draft leagues 😉
-
🙂
Pleasure doing business with you btw. BadaBentBony's has been trying to sign bony for over a year. Sad to see oscar go. He's found some consistency now-
Did the trade go through?
-
-
-
-
-
Eriksen (c) any takers?
-
I would not have believed you at the beginning of the season that with Aguero out Costa would become somewhat of a differential by December.
-
60% ownership, how is that a differential? 😆
-
-
After this weekend West Ham have very hard fixtures so I'm getting rid of Cresswell and Baines. Which looks better?
A Zabaleta + Azpil
B Clichy + Ivanovic-
I have A. Was a disaster last GW but I think it'll pay dividends soon.
-
Yes, I think tonight you'll see Luis in the cup and Azpil at the weekend.
-
-
-
Sanchez Yaya Persie
if have to leave one which one you choose (leave)
a Sanchez+Yaya
b Sanchez+Persie
c Yaya+Persie-
for long term
-
Yaya will be out for the ACON plus moving back into one of the DMF slots when Silva returns. Though he's still on pens with Aguero's absence.
Tough one, really.
Alexis will continue to score and set up goals as long as Arsenal's run continues.
RVP is hitting a vein of form.
I'd say YAYA.

Baines and Mirallas
Was thinking yesterday that Baines has 0 attacking returns since Mirallas returned and wondering if the theory really is true that he ruins Baines' attacking threat and that maybe an injury would be good for my fantasy team...
"Mirallas set for ankle scans in the morning, reveals Martinez"
Oh no! What have I done? Didn't follow the game, only the score... is it bad?-
i've studied the stats, and it is very, very much true.
his injury could be nothing, or a broken ankle. we shall see. -
I hope so Tinkerman, I hope so
-
I hate comments like this.
-
lol oh don't be such a wet blanket
-
I pretend to hate these comments too but deep down don't...
-
-
-
He was taken off on a stretcher. Didn't look good.
-
It looked bad at the time, hard to say though.
-
Mutch did a great job on him. Committed tackle crunching his ankle from both sides.
-
Great might be a tad too positive under these circumstances though.
-
Definitely a Baines owner on FPL
-
-
He was carried off the pitch
-
Stretchered off, didn't look great
-
I have been seeing Everton games after Mirallas returned. Mirallas attacks on the flank and cuts back and shoots or crosses. Baines is quite content with passing to mirallas and staying 10-20 yards behind him instead of marauding forward. With pienaar and baines , thats not the case , Baines then bombards forwards , even gets in the box thus increasing his attacking stats . I am keeping baines and taking out mirallas after reports are confirmed.. If Mirallas is fit for the weekend , then i am removing Baines and getting in someone else in Defense , because he wont be the attacking threat then .
-
-
Yes Mata is a superior player to Hazard but he needs to be played in the correct position.
-
Mata is not the superior player.
-
typical chelsea fan! bitter he chose us to over staying!
-
Er...I support Everton.
-
even worse. bitter he chose us to going to a small club like yous.
-
Yes, I'm the bitter one here...Or perhaps I just think Hazard is the better player? This tribalism is completely ridiculous, even more so when it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Why would I ever have expected Mata to join Everton? Am I also bitter than Hazard hasn't signed for us?
I also think Matic and Fabergas are better than Blind and Herrera - suppose I'm bitter that they didn't join us?-
haha was just winding you up fella. take it easy 🙂
-
I can also confirm that Hazard is a superior player to Mata. But this kind of comment is no surprise coming from a man yooo glory hunter. I really liked Mata until he moved to the scummiest club in the country.
(Millwall fan btw, really bitter Mata didn't join us for a championship relegation dog fight)
-
-
I dont think anyone is bitter about not getting Blind or Herrera
-
here here/hear hear which bloody one is it?
-
-
-
-
There are literally a dozen players better than Mata, that's why he had no other choice than going to Utd.
-
ok now you have taken it too far.
-
😆 what do I know, I'm just a wooden spoon 😉
-
-
-
United Fan here...and you are delusion, he didn't choose to leave, he was booted out because he doesn't fit the Chelsea "team ethos". Mata plays for himself, and only really shines in a 4-4-1-1.
Either he needs to learn to play in tight spaces, learn to be less selfish, or learn to be more intelligent...barring those he won't be in LVG long term plans. Same goes for Fellaini.
-
-
-
No he's not
-
-
Any ideas lads?
Foster
Baines Chester Naylor ( Wisdom, Duff)
Mirallas Eriksen Sanchez Hazard
Dzeko Benteke Lukaku
Thinking
Dzeko + Lukaku ------> RVP + Carroll
or
Dzeko + Lukaku + Marney -----> Austin + Carroll + 11.5m Mid.
Cheers 🙂-
dzeko>austin/kane, marney>downing
-
No way I'm keeping Lukaku 👿
-
Thanks mate 🙂
-
-
-
Wait for Mirallas news of course.
-
Mirallas is way out of my transfer plans at the moment, if he's injured he'll go for a hit. My priority is getting out my stale forwards in Dzeko & Lukaku. That's how I play the game mate - the stupid way. 😆
-
RVP + Austin maybs.
-
-
-
Is that Marney or Mirallas? I like second one.
-
Marney, would allow me to bench Mirallas as well if injured.
What mid you reckon? Think I prefer Silva to Yaya.-
Wont it be better to take injured player out rather than fit? 😀
Yaya I think. Silva is much better than him, but can he get you points? 😐
-
-
-
-
Haven't asked since Sunday night so just to check... do I save FT, or something else?
Hart (Elliot*)
Baines Terry Caulker (Wisdom Hutton*)
Sanchez Hazard Yaya(vc) Downing (Siggy)
Austin(c) Costa Kane
1FT, 1.1itb-
I think save FT Rick, great team 🙂 2 FTs will be a nice thing to have over the coming weeks!
-
Baines>Zaba would be my transfer if I didn't save I think. Thanks!
-
Our teams are almost the same. Just done Baines to Zabaletta.
-
-
-
-
Oscar to Eriksen for free or save?
-
need a new keeper.
does foster (wba) 4.6m or pantilimon (sun) 4.5m sound better?-
This is my concern too... Has guzan for MU this week.
Panti has fixture, haven't checked foster
-
-
Probably the hardest captains poll Ive pondered on this coming gameweek. Moved the cap 3 times already. On Sanchez at the moment with vc on Austin.
Whats yours?-
Currently Austin (C) Sanchez (V). Might involve Eriksen if I transfer him in.
-
-
Baines has to go. When Ur paying 7 mill for a defender u need more than what he is giving.
-
Paid only 6.9, so its fine for me 😛
-
-
Green
Cresswell | Clyne | Baines
Hazard | Sánchez | Sigurdsson | Yaya(vc)
Austin(c) | Bony | Giroud
Foster | NTaylor | O'Shea | Albrighton
0 FT & 0.2 ITB
Good to go?
Thanks! -
Anbody have any news on Kompany's inury? Thinking Demichelis could be a decent option for next few weeks
-
Congested fixture list leads me to only taking fully fit and fully nailed on players.
-
Demi falls into that category, doesn't he?
-
Yes
-
-
-
Pelle said he is likely to be out for this year.
-
-
Captain ?????
Yaya
Rvp
Austin
Downing
To many option at GW17...-
Rvp for you
-
Yaya
-
-
Panti
Zabaletta. Terry. Bertrand.
Sanchez. Yaya. Downing. Hazard.
Costa. Kane(vc). Austin(c).
Krul. Sigs. Wisdom. Naylor. (0.7itb)
Done the trannie, Baines to Zabaletta. Might do Berty to Demi later in the week for the hit if prices move with pace. RMT please. -
ranked 206k and play in a draft league. First time my rank is decent.
-
Anyone taking a short-term punt on Pozo?
Also,
Bony&Zabaleta > Baines&Benteke
Do it for -4M? -
Think I'll keep Baines one more week. Mirallas missing next game so he may actually get passed the halfway line now!
-
This is the reason I'll keep him for a few more weeks
-
-
Bench one.
Gylfi (hul)
Kane (BUR)
Cazorla (liv)
Austin (WBA)
Leaning towards Gylfi-
I've got rid of Siggy. Bench him.
-
Gylfi
-
Gylfi
-
I would take Gylfi.
Austin at home = goal.
Cazorla in a good run of form.
Kane at home = goal. -
Siggy, easily imo.
-
-
Who will definitely win this week?
Tottenham or West Ham?-
WHU
-
WHU
-
No one "definitely wins" in the premier league
-
-
Still struggling to decide if Van Persie is worth the money. Does RVP + 4.5 mid + 5m def outscore, Giroud/Bony + 7.5 mid + 6m defender? I doubt it.
-
I don't think it would. If you © RVP though, it'd be a closer
-
-
As of gameweek 18 I will be taking a punt on either Falcao or Balotelli (please refrain from laughing)
Any thoughts on which is better?-
Did you lose a bet or something? Falcao if fit and playing
-
-
Pick 1 to bench ? Thanks !
A Siggy
B Reid
C Baines-
baines
-
A.
-
-
So is Mirallas injured? Also, Benteke or Giroud?
-
Giroud. NQAT.
-
Wasn't he stretchered off? he is 25% on FF so Id say so
-
-
a) Demichelis or Zabaleta?
b) Moore/Dzeko to Demi,Zab/Kane for -4? -
Suggestion welcome please guys.
Foster Myhill
Terry Baines Wisdom Hutton PVA
Fabregas Sanchez Siggy Downing Marney
Costa Rooney Pelle
1FT and £0.2 ITB
