      If you can afford the price rises I'd wait for news on Mane and the midweek games to be out of the way but it's a feel good transfer which should happen sooner rather than later

      Get in form players first then work in the big guns. I'd be looking to remove sanchez for Silva and get rid of Hazard for Ayew. Use the extra money to improve anya and improve the defence. You could also change wilson into gomis.

      Basically have two big players so Aguero and one other guy and just spread the wealth on in form players. That's my philosophy.

        Short-term it is the cheapest way into a defence that looks like it'll deliver plenty of clean sheets. The question is whether you want to invest a bit more for likely higher attacking returns from one of the defenders, and whether that 0.7 could be spent to same or better effect elsewhere in your squad.

          I was considering the same thing (Sagna) but someone mentioned today that Otamendi can play RB while Zabaleta is out (instead of displacing Mangala for now), so Sagna is a rotation risk. That scared me off it.

        I'm in exactly the same boat Ryan. I brought Kompany in on my wildcard, then decided at the last second to bring Kolarov in - only to reach the transfer page too late and discover he had already risen. The plan was scrapped.

        Then, after Kompany's rise last night, I could cash in and once again get Kolarov for 0.5 less. I decided tonight life's too short not to have some fun so lets do this, only to login once more and discover I was too late. Maybe it'll be a blessing in disguise... or maybe I should just do it anyway.

            It can be so tempting to jump on those bandwagons, particularly when they are going up in price, even if it means a hit. Unlike some bandwagons, the thing we know about Kolarov is he tends to deliver good points when he plays. The question has always been how much will he play. He's beginning to look more like the regular starter as each week goes by but an element of doubt still lingers.

      If you think about it, unless you owned Courtois or Adrian, a goalkeeper has probably been low on your list of priorities. I wouldn't be surprised if the bulk of McCarthy's transfers have been wildcard related, disproportionately so compared to many other players, and therefore his effective NTI is being over-estimated by the price comparison sites.

      I keep thinking: "It's early again!", but obviously just the new standard.

      Will be interesting to see if the price changes stay at the same time, or move when the clocks change as they did last year.

        The time for price changes is normally fixed according to GMT, it's just UK time that changes.

        Kick-off and deadline times however operate on UK time, so their GMT times will change.

            Well that second point is actually a fair one, people often get excited by saves like the ones Migs pulls off, but often they are routine, he rarely ever saves one you don't expect him to, i.e. never actually pulls off a Worldie, a sign of a top keeper.

    With Sanchez and Pedro .

    Kane 3 home games / 4, easier then Liverpool . But everyone and their mother got benteke in the league
