I am tempted to have a pop at Deeney, as I would prefer to get Noble over Carroll, for sentimental reasons.

    Am I losing the plot?

Not at all. Deeney and Carroll both look good options.

I'm struggling with your assets a little now, because I'd planned the Cresswell introduction this week, but am very tempted now by Carroll for the DGW (and already have Payet/Lanzini).

      Which way would you go?

Lennon can be questioned, but nothing wrong with Firmino. I reckon he'll be the only pool attacker to start both games. Depends on minutes v Villarreal of course.

Finally top of my larger ML by 25 or so points.

Second place has crappy TV and will need to take a couple of hits this week. Any strategy suggestions? He's a proper loose cannon so it's hard to judge his moves.

Not much crossover in our teams (we share Sanchez/Sturridge and that's it).

Anyone else sell Martial after GW34 and now considering bringing him back?

He looked very dangerous vs a solid Leic defense, has two games vs generally poor defended in the DGW and then plays bournemouth at home. Plus hopefully Utd are fired up with the hope of top 4 in sight. They certainly seemed fired up yesterday

Sold this week actually and probably not buying back. I don't like him playing on the wing. He had a good game, but wasn't very worried not owning him as he doesn't often get clear cut chances. Norwich and West Ham have everything to play for too.

  19. Jøssy ⭐
    • 11 Years
    10 years, 4 days ago

It's been a good week or so since I came, cap in hand, looking for some FFS help, so here we go... GW37 team...

    Gomes
Bellerin - van Aarnholt - Simpson*
De Bruyne* - Payet (TC) - Townsend - Lanzini
    Aguero - Kane - Sturridge

    Hart - Sanchez - Fuchs - Gabriel

    The plan was Simpson & De Bruyne > Cresswell & Firmino/Fabregas -4

However, over and above this, I fancy maybe another hit on my strikeforce to get in Carroll/Defoe.

    A) The former would mean no Cresswell. Is this wise?
    B) Would you lose Kane for Defoe? (possibly depends on tonight's performance)

Any other input, gratefully appreciated! 😀

    Darlow
    Cresswell, Rose, Simpson
    Sanchez, Payet(TC), Lanzini, Coutinho
    Aguero, Kane, Defoe

Robles (will he play?), KDB, Bellerin, Gabriel

1ft, 0.5 in the bank. Really not sure what to do this week. Some ideas I've had:
    A. KDB to Hazard and bench Kane/Aguero/Coutinho
    B. Coutinho to Fabregas
    C. KDB, Coutinho to Hazard, Townsend -4

    Any other ideas? Thanks
