Hector Bellerin remains doubtful for Arsenal’s home clash with Hull. Sofiane Boufal is sidelined for Southampton’s trip to Sunderland, while Jonny Evans comes back into contention to hand Tony Pulis a defensive dilemma as the Baggies make their way to West Ham.

Mohamed Elneny is back in contention for Arsenal after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations. Hector Bellerin requires a late assessment, though, after being forced off with concussion in last week’s loss at Chelsea.

Sam Allardyce has confirmed that winter signing Luka Milivojevic is available for selection after his visa issues were sorted. Jeffrey Schlupp is back in training ahead of the trip to West Ham but Scott Dann looks set to miss out after limping off with a hamstring problem last weekend.

Mark Hughes has admitted that Stoke still have concerns over Xherdan Shaqiri and Glen Johnson ahead of a home clash with Palace, with the latter likelier to make it. The Potters boss also conceded that new arrival Saido Berahino is not yet up to full match sharpness.

Sofiane Boufal is Southampton’s only new injury concern for the trip to Sunderland, with manager Claude Puel ruling out the Moroccan due to an ankle problem.

Swansea new boy Jordan Ayew is available for the visit of Leicester after returning from Africa Cup of Nations duties earlier in the week. Jefferson Montero and Ki Sung-yeung will miss out again, while Leon Britton is also unavailable, Paul Clement has revealed.

Eddie Howe has a number of worries in defence, with the Bournemouth boss set to make late decisions on the fitness of Charlie Daniels, Simon Francis and Adam Smith. All three have failed to train this week ahead of Monday’s match.

Mauricio Pochettino is hopeful that Kieran Trippier could return for Tottenham’s trip to Anfield, though Danny Rose, Jan Vertonghen and Erik Lamela are still sidelined.

Hull’s Michael Dawson has been ruled out for “a few weeks” with a calf complaint, while Marco Silva has worries up front after Abel Hernandez was sidelined for “three-to-four weeks” with a hamstring injury. Ahmed Elmohamady is back in contention, though, after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations.

Tony Pulis has revealed that Jonny Evans and Claudio Yacob have both been passed fit for West Brom’s trip to West Ham.

Andy Carroll, Aaron Cresswell and Cheick Kouyate are set to undergo fitness tests ahead of West Ham’s clash with West Brom, Slaven Bilic has confirmed. Sam Byram, Havard Nordtveit and Alvaro Arbeloa are all in full training and expected to be available.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

No idea. I think B is points chasing a little but he's certainly not a bad shout given boro missing players. I'm really torn between A & C. Literally might end up just flipping a coin.

Going A. Look at his history - if he scores it often means he scores again the next game. United will be desperate to find form in the league as well.

    Hello

I have a question, if you can't decide which defender you wanna play, you can just play a defender who is not playing, and you get in the player with the highest points, right?

    Thank you.

    Predicted WBA back line?

I've been stalking WBA fans on Twitter this morning and it seems Pulis has a real selection headache... wouldn't be surprised to see McAuley/Brunt/Nyom benched to be honest...

    1. Hurricane Gilbert
      • 10 Years
      9 years, 1 month ago

No way Brunt gets benched, Pulis said that he has been playing outstandingly.

      1. Sess!
        • 15 Years
        9 years, 1 month ago

Agree. Brunt wont be benched. It'll be Nyom if anyone, but more likely an attacker and brunt pushed up with Nyom at LB again. Evans might not even get straight back in.

        1. Lawrø
          • 14 Years
          9 years, 1 month ago

Yeah but that attacker would have to be one of Chadli, Phillips or the in form Morrison... I do think it's most likely to be Nyom

    2. diesel001
      • 9 Years
      9 years, 1 month ago

      Dawson McAuley Evans Brunt

Classic WBA back four. Olsson, Galloway and M Wilson won't get a look-in. The question is over Nyom.

      1. Sess!
        • 15 Years

That looks about right tbh. I'd be concerned if was a Nyom owner.

        • 9 Years

Agree with Diesel. Pulis loves his Northern Ireland trio, so I expect all three to play. He regularly complains about Evans' absence and Brunt has been their best player of late. McAuley seems to pick himself. Probably Dawson to complete the back four.

          9 years, 1 month ago

Some WBA seem quite excited to see the Dawson-Evans partnership of the future tested out... but I'm not sure Pulis would rest their biggest CB (McAuley) against Carroll

    Who to cap??

Sanchez? - Hull look solid recently but its Sanchez, but he is at home and usually better away..
Siggy? - Leicester look poor.. but it's Swansea not consistent?
Lukaku? - Surely his peak was last week? Boro solid defensively?
Aguero? - Bournemouth an open goal mouth recently, but will he start?
Antonio? - Looks like hes up front again but West Brom good defensively?

Sanchez...He already have 2 goals in away match against this team...I am expecting him to FIRE

      BEST - hattrick (20+ points)
WORSE - 1 assist that is for sure. (5 points)

For Siggy i dont expect him to give you more than 10 points.. 🙂

    Play 3 of 4:

    Coleman (Boro away),
    Baines (Boro away),
    Brunt (West Ham away)
    Chambers (Everton home).

Although chambers slightly pushing brunt given brunt poor away returns.

Yes, good point 🙂 Hmm..Probably go Brunt - playing Chambers would mean the whole defence in the same match.

If 1 I think I'd save this week. If two then maybe boring amat > robertson and bench (preparing for blanks).

Ramirez back for Middlesbrough makes me think no cleanie for Everton.

      I think 50% chance.

Everton haven't kept many cleanies on the road but Middlesbrough don't score much either.

There shouldn't be a goal or two at most in this one

Somehow ended up with Benteke and only 0.3 ITB. Bad planning on my part. Hold him this week and reassess options next week or ship out for Crouch for a hit?

Stoke have a tough fixture list coming up and Berahino is bound to step in at some point. In the meantime, he will at least steal his minutes. No other options? What about the blank gameweek candidates? Rondon, Carroll, Llorente

Personally, I'd stick with donkey Benteke and give him the boot next week. I'm hit-averse FYI.

mmm...Fairly good. If I was Conte i'd be looking to keep both of Willian and Pedro happy with shared game time. So if he thinks along the same lines then he's always only gonna be a riskyish start.

Pedro will almost definitely start. Anticipate Burnley to park the bus.

Pedro is more suited in that scenario.

I see it's Falcao's 31st birthday today, just looked up how he's doing these days.

14 goals and 2 assists in 18 games(13 starts) this season.

Pity the Premier League isn't Ligue 1.

More to do with him actually being fit and Monaco playing well as a team. Two wins over Spurs says a lot.

Sadly when he came to premier league, he had the worst Injury in football. It took him forever to pick up his game.
I am happy to see the old falcao back

Absolutely true. United knew he was a risky signing and so it turned out. It was a bit harsh that he got labelled as a flop..
