Sam Allardyce has confirmed that winter signing Luka Milivojevic is available for selection after his visa issues were sorted. Jeffrey Schlupp is back in training ahead of the trip to West Ham but Scott Dann looks set to miss out after limping off with a hamstring problem last weekend.

Andy Carroll, Aaron Cresswell and Cheick Kouyate are set to undergo fitness tests ahead of West Ham’s clash with West Brom, Slaven Bilic has confirmed. Sam Byram, Havard Nordtveit and Alvaro Arbeloa are all in full training and expected to be available.
