It seems that every Fantasy Football manager in the land is seeking counsel.

Sergio Aguero’s 20-points has caused joy and consternation – mainly the latter – and we’re all in need of reassurance and solutions. 

The ScoutCast crew are no different.

Granville, Jonty, Andy and Az join me in searching for answers, thankful for the opportunity to bounce ideas and opinion. 

Contrary to popular thinking, among the noise and chatter, we do arrive at a tentative conclusion.

All but one of us are willing to bend to Sergio’s surge in points and popularity or fall for Pep’s potential plot. We’re abstaining on the Aguero option for now and, over this 90 minutes, we’ll tell you just why.

Aguero dominates, but we have ample time to entertain other community questions, discussing Harry Kane’s latest failings, the premium defenders that warrant our trust and our cash, while Jonty is itching to take us through his handpicked bonus magnet XI.

          Philips should be fine as a first sub. Arsenal were vulnerable to set pieces when they played West Brom last time around and he could involved.

          I think Calvert Lewin plays this week. Scored a brace midweek and eased the pressure on Koeman. He was also subbed early to keep him fresh for this weekend imo.

            Not overly keen on Newcastles fixtures and dont expect them to maintain such good form.

            Everton have the fixtures and form cant get much worse lol, they will come good. Il wait for the pressers.

      DCL. I think its a wait and see with him. When up front by himself hes best and can hold the ball up, little flicks in and around the area. Prob is our attack is still quite static. Sandro adjusting to pace and Klassen, Rooney and Siggy all in each other's way.

      He played most of Wed where Rooney wasnt in squad, Siggy wasnt playing and Sandro started. I reckon DCL might not start tomoz in favour of Rooney with Siggy at 10 and Lookman starting for Sandro.

        @General that is not what i wanted to hear. I think its evident that evertons lack of pace up top and inability to get in behind teams is causing problems. DLC always seems to pop up with the answers and get the goals or creates. Its a shame he isnt nailed. Would of went with him this week if EVE fans felt he was starting 🙁

        I've been trying for weeks now but all 5m-5.6m mids seem a bit punty. I wanted to downgrade one of Lukaku, Aguero or Kane for improvement in midfield but I can't do that with the current form of 2/3 (and Kanes fixtures!). Going to ride that out for three weeks and possibly WC.

              I have Ramsey in my team. So I cannot suggest you to take him out. Silva could be a decent shout if you want to replace him though. I like your team the way it is. So you could even save an ft or go with B/C. My personal choice is C because I have a lot of faith in Ramsey.

                I think Ramsey is the best £7m option at the moment, I'm not sure about backing Sanchez and Ramsey though. Too much Arsenal.

        Attack: Assombalonga will cut it in the PL next season, Fletcher (from WHM) will be a good backup. Bamford & Gestede aren't good enough for PL.

        Midfield: Traore, Braithwaite and Johnson are all absolutely rapid and creative.
