An upturn in form by Palace’s former Villa man and a certain enigmatic Bulgarian over at Craven Cottage come under the spotlight this evening. Tottenham’s improvement in front of goal and United’s faltering home form are also picked apart in our latest review of the statistics from the weekend and beyond:
Obviously Man Cty looking at Saturdays game against Arsenal with this line up

hey guys my team for the weekend. is it in the right order or should i change goalkeepers and Redmond to Hernandez?
Krul
Zaba, Coleman,Johnson
Redmond,Mirallas,Ramsey,Hazard
Lukaku,Suarez,Aguero
Bench is Mannone,Chester,Hernandez,gabbidon
3.7 mill in the bank.planning on doing Hernandez to Silva next week. good call?Open ControlsDid Jackson Martinez to Balotelli last second. Not sure if I made a mistake or not. Just think Balo is more explosive and has better fixture and is the best (C) choice I can see tomorrow, in case my (C) bombs tonight. Good or bad move?
Open ControlsI have Balotelli since MD1, i agree his returns was not so explosive

Sup lads, got a couple of questions for you...
My current team:
Mignolet Marshall
Terry Walker Ward Burner Chester
Yaya Hazard Ramsey Whittingham Ravel
Suarez Aguero Remy
1 FT
0.7 in the bank
I was thinking of getting an Everton player in for their nice run of fixtures, but not sure who to get. My current ideas are:
Mignolet to Howard
or
Remy to Lukaku
Should I make any other moves?
Cheers 🙂Open ControlsNeuer / Pinto
Alaba / Uchida / Marquinhos / Luisão / Campbell
Josué / Turan / Ramsey / Alex Teixeira / Isco
CR7 / Neymar / Jackson Martínez

I think this is the week where you have a chance to make up ground in all of your ML's; with so captain choices this week unlike the past two where it's just Suarez, I think this week is make or break.
Rooney (avl)
Hazard (CRY)
Lukaka (FUL)
Suarex (TOT)
All of my problems. Depending on whether Vlaar and Luna are back for Villa, Rooney will be mine.
Hazard - Palace have 4 cleanies in the past 5; not to be looked down at.
Lukaku - Only has had two scores in double figures so far.
Suarez - Form, best striker in the league; tough away day to one of the best defences however.Open ControlsWhat about Aguero? I'm probably going Rooney though. Don't forget that Gerrard is out of the Liverpool game, too.
Open ControlsSpurs defence a) ain't as good as it was early in the season, and b) hasn't got most of the key personnel it has had previously. Suarez all the way.
Open ControlsVery true, however, could see Totty midfield dominating possession (while faltering in final third as usual) a bit while at home this weekend.

Palace form won't last though. New manager bounce and all that but Palace are still Palace and I would expect that in the next few games they will revert back to their usual level.
Chelsea at home should score a few past Palace. Hazard is a good captain choice this week.
Lukaku isn't consistent enough to be captain material in my opinion.
Suarez is fixture proof.Open ControlsWhat about Rooney being fixture proof? And I agree, but players who have form with fixtures like Palace, Villa and Fulham, can you really risk that?
I'm not a fan of captaining Lukaku, too hit and miss for me; same could perhaps be said for Hazard? But not as much.Open ControlsLukaku is inconsistent despite returns in all of his last 4 while Hazard is not deemed inconsistent despite 2 blanks and 2 hauls in his last 4?
I certainly think for a big score Hazard is a good choice but he's every bit as inconsistent as Lukaku.Open Controls
Last minute UCL fail!

unfortunately for whittingham owners howard webb is at cardiff this weekend. 13 matches no penalties given. webb's general rule is if both limbs are still attatched then no offence has taken place.
the 3 best refs for penalties are:
moss - 4 given in 8 matches - spurs v liverpool
foy - 4 given in 9 matches - villa v man utd
taylor - 4 given in 9 matches - everton v fulham
finally sian massey is disgustingly rested this weekendOpen ControlsMuller goal. dante assist.
