Regular visitors to the site will know that I publish a list of those players currently on the verge of suspension due to the acquisition of yellow cards. That table is now being published as players near the five yellow card mark.

You’ll find the table under the “suspensions” tab in the right hand menu, under Fixtures and Bans.

Any player earning five yellow cards by February 28 will earn themselves a one match ban, served seven days after the match in which they earned the fifth booking. Already you’ll notice that we have four players walking the tightrope with Warnock, Ashbee, Arbeloa and Richardson all sitting just one booking away from a ban.
