Gameweek nine kicks off with Everton journeying down to London to face off against Spurs in our early kick off, and there’s a few changes afoot.

David Moyes sees Mikel Arteta assumedly fail his late fitness test to join Leon Osman in being replaced by Diniyar Bilyaletdinov and, returning from injury himself, Steven Pienaar. The teams in full are…

Spurs XI: Gomes; Hutton, Kaboul, Gallas, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Palacios, Modric, Bale; Van Der Vaart; Crouch.

Everton XI: Howard; Neville, Distin, Jagielka, Baines; Coleman, Heitinga, Pienaar, Bilyaletdinov; Cahill; Yakubu

We’ll then take in the 3pm kick-offs with the armband heavy Chelsea hosting Wolves drawing the most fantasy attention around other fixtures like West Brom versus Fulham and Sunderland versus Aston Villa, to name a couple. Rounding out our Saturday will be West Ham versus Newcastle in the late kick-off, Andy Carroll probably had to rent a car to make it down today.

    In the 3 times I've benched Carroll this year, he's got 4 goals, including a hat trick. I've benched him today, but he's coming in for Arteta so let's hope he scores 😉

    i spent 4 points to bring in coleman and nzogbia and get 3 points between them, if i'd not made any transfers i'd have had 5 points from the trasnferred out players.

    moral of the story? don't spend points, it ain't worth it!

      Thats 19 for the players I brought in -6 my orginal players would have got 13, then -4 and I gained 9 points.....

    I wish Drogba would actually try in the easy games. If he tried half as hard as Rooney did against Portsmouth and Hull then he'd score 40+ goals a season.
