David Moyes sees Mikel Arteta assumedly fail his late fitness test to join Leon Osman in being replaced by Diniyar Bilyaletdinov and, returning from injury himself, Steven Pienaar. The teams in full are…

We’ll then take in the 3pm kick-offs with the armband heavy Chelsea hosting Wolves drawing the most fantasy attention around other fixtures like West Brom versus Fulham and Sunderland versus Aston Villa, to name a couple. Rounding out our Saturday will be West Ham versus Newcastle in the late kick-off, Andy Carroll probably had to rent a car to make it down today.

            Rooney buying out his contract was only a possibility if he had one year left. so talking about him buying out his contract is fruitless. Utds position is now stronger and rooney will go within two years if glaziers dont cough up

      That pretty much makes no sense whatsoever.

      I wouldn't be surprised if we sell him in the summer though. Signing a new deal is best for both parties.
      - Rooney's life would've been hell for the next three months if he stayed adamant that he wasn't going to sign a new contract and leave in January. People outside his house, death threats, etc. etc.
      - Utd would not have got much for him if they sold him in January as he only had 18 months left on his contract. If they now sell him in the summer he'll have 4 years left on his contract, so they could sell him for £50M-ish.

      Or maybe I'm just a cynic and he really does love the club again...

    Konchesky -> Coleman

    Bale -> Van der Vaart

    I know Coleman wasn’t great today, but he has good fixtures, possibly better than Konchesky and would free up the funds for me to bring in VDV.

            nah its different… they took deflections but didn't change the direction of the ball.. Carrol headed it off the defenders head, it was going in a different direction to where it landed.
