The Gameweek gets underway at Villa Park, where United arrive to test Gerard Houllier’s young, injury ravaged side.

The team news finds Patrice Evra fit and in at left-back, with Wes Brown at right-back for the injured Rafael; interestingly he is preferred to John O’Shea who remains benched. Further forward, Nani and Ji-Sung Park take the flanks with Javier Hernandez returning to partner Dimitar Berbatov up front. Despite the recent injuries and illness, it’s a strong United lineup.

As for Villa, their lineup includes yet another youngster as Houllier continues to struggle with injuries, with Jonathan Hogg, who has just one appearance for the club, coming in for the injured Ciaran Clark alongside Barry Bannan in midfield. The headline from their camp however is that Gabby Agbonlahor returns to the forward line, ousting an unfortunate Nathan Delfouneso to the bench.

    I think the shift back to 442 really suite Bale today. If Harry sticks with it I think he is going to be back to his points scoring best. Think it might be too much of a risk not bring him back in.

            There is no real reason to be honest, only to give a points boost on Sunday night when the substitutions etc kick in...

            But Drogba, who will be my captain, is playing on Sunday anyway so it won't actually make any difference.

            I'll get Kolarov's 6 points on Sunday though.

    bench so far looking pretty good with foley with a 7 and williamson with a 5. I have cole, bosingwa and coleman still to play so actually wouldnt mind one of them not taking the field!

    Is playing the fixtures all that important when it comes to mid and front? I avoided Tot, because their next four look very less than desirable. Was a toss up between VDV and Bale, in honesty, was probably going VDV.

    Did neither and went after some Man U coverage, Arteta to Nani...

    I took Bale out for VDV ages ago so while I can't complain with his points tally so far, it stil sucks that Bale finally decided to do something in the league - especially as all my mate have just kept him in.

    Gotta roll with the punches.

    Speaking of punches, watching the Boxing in 3D tonight - gonna be awesome.
