Packed with eight Premier League fixtures, it goes without saying that today is massive for us fantasy managers. First we’re off to back off to Villa Park for Aston Villa’s game against Arsenal, and there is some interesting team news…

Two-time Premier League winner with Arsenal, Robert Pires starts for Aston Villa against his old club. John Carew also makes a comeback to the starting line-up as predicted.

The visitors are of course without their captain Cesc Fabregas, and Robin van Persie still isn’t deemed fit enough to start. Tomas Rosicky comes in, but Theo Walcott only has a place on the bench.

Here are the line-ups in full…

Aston Villa XI: Friedel, Luke Young, Dunne, Collins, Warnock, Ashley Young, Clark, Bannan, Downing, Pires, Carew

Arsenal XI: Fabianski, Sagna, Squillaci, Koscielny, Clichy, Rosicky, Song, Wilshere, Nasri, Chamakh, Arshavin

Then, with no evening fixture, we have seven 3pm games to keep us occupied. Possibly the most highly anticipated game today is Bolton Wanderers Vs. Blackpool. Crazy. Elsewhere, joint-top-of-the-table Manchester United host Blackburn Rovers, West Brom travel to Goodison Park, Fulham face Birmingham City, Roberto Mancini’s Manchester City are at the Britannia Stadium, Wolves host Sunderland and Upton Park sees West Ham and Wigan Athletic battle it out.

It’s going to be manic, but if that’s your thing then come and enter our Dugout Discussion which is now open, and will remain so until those pesky bonus points are handed out.

earlier I asked, "why the hell is Rosicky starting?" or sometime like that.

I still stand by that, Denilson and Walcott would have been better options imo. Rosicky is just massively inconsistent!

Is this a new strategy to defeat arsenal?? Let them walk all over you and get comfortable, yet restrict them to only 2 or so goals, then come out in the 2nd half and play like it's a cup final and simply watch them capitulate ... Is this really going to happen again??

10 goals in 21 appearances and he's still treated as the worst player to ever play in the Premiership on here. Poor Marouane.

Good job by Rosicky as well, who I don't normally rate very highly.

To be fair, even Adebayor scored loads of goals playing up front for Arsenal. On the whole I haven't been entirely impressed by Chamakh, but he's definitely not as bad as some people like to make out.

Why don't you like Rosicky? I think he's brilliant personally.

Oh I like him a lot, I just think he's very invisible most of the time in the Arsenal shirt. Bit too much of a confidence player perhaps.

Adebayor was absolutely brilliant in that season though! A real world beater, although it was obviously just a gigantic fluke.

I think Rosicky is terrible compared to what he could actually be.
So many times he doesnt take it up to the next level. Only ever seems to really get involved in games when its 92min and the game is over and the team is behind. Ive lost count of the number of times ive seen his coast past players in stoppage time to shoot when Arsenal are behind but plays like a ghost in normal play,

Loads of ability but never uses it. He really really loves to overplay the ball with no result just for the sake of it.

          Agree with this.

He's only ever at his best under the motivational genius that is Karel Brückner. Like half a dozen other players to be honest, how did he do it?

I hate Chamakh, I really hate him. I sold him 3 weeks ago, after van Persie appeared for 34 minutes against Newcastle. After that Chamakh got 13, 5, 6, 6 (at least today), van Persie is still benched, and C.Cole brought me decent 3 points and a 4 points hit to get rid of him. Damn you Chamakh and damn you van Persie.
