Three Premier League games are served up today, before the heavyweight clash tomorrow night at Old Trafford. We start with two games (both kicking-off at 1.30pm), one at Molineux as Wolves face Birmingham City in a Midlands derby, and the other at the Reebok where the Wanderers will be looking to make it a great sporting weekend for the town of Bolton, as they take on Blackburn Rovers in-front of the Sky cameras.

The team sheets are in from both fixtures, and here is the team news…

Bolton line-up exactly as predicted, with the potent strike-force of Kevin Davies and Johan Elmander heading a 4-4-2. For the visitors, there is just one significant name on the team sheet, or rather omitted from it, as Martin Olsson starts instead of David Dunn, who sits on the bench.

Bolton XI: Jaaskelainen, Ricketts, Cahill, Knight, Robinson, Lee, Mark Davies, Holden, Petrov, Elmander, Kevin Davies

Blackburn XI: Robinson, Salgado, Samba, Nelsen, Givet, Olsson, Emerton, Jones, Pedersen, El-Hadji Diouf, Roberts

As for the derby, and neither Kevin Doyle nor Matt Jarvis shook off injuries to feature in any capacity today. Sylvan Ebanks-Blake and Stephen Hunt come in. Liam Ridgewell and Craig Gardner don’t make the Birmingham starting line-up, with only the latter on the bench. Nikola Zigic and David Murphy get the nod.

Wolves XI: Hennessey, Zubar, Berra, Stearman, Elokobi, Foley, Edwards, Milijas, Ward, Hunt, Ebanks-Blake

Birmingham XI: Foster, Carr, Johnson, Dann, Murphy, Larsson, Bowyer, Ferguson, Fahey, Jerome, Zigic

Then it’s down to the capital where a buoyant Spurs play the faltering champions Chelsea at 4pm. The visitors will be desperate to reach the league summit once more, and the hosts will be eager to close the gap to fourth after tasting, and liking, Champions League football.

To keep track of and to join in the discussion of all the day’s action, head to our chatroom which is available right here.

I left drogba on the bench this gw so delighted

but doesn't look good for drogba long-term now that he missed the pen and lampard back.

Although he looked very sharp coming off the bench, I am now tempted in subbing him out

      What Bale assist?

      Did Totty score 2?

      I don't think so.

He'll prolly get one anyway 😉

After Balotelli playing like a doofus and driving me almost insane its been such a laugh to see Drogba holders going nuts when he missed that penalty. I like Drogs but since I got Balotelli over him for this week that was sweet. Two wrongs sometimes make a right! Yes Yes Yes have that! Still terrible points this week but that Drogba miss and Torres and Cahill doing nothing has helped a lot. This game really messes with your head, crazy frigging game.

Apparently Palacios broke the record today for the most fouls in a Premier League game without a booking.

It was previously jointly held by Darren Fletcher and Javier Mascherano.

      Not soon enough...

But to add to your list of players who are, at best, tw@s: Torres is a useless prick who needs to grow his hair out again since that was obviously where his power was held.

Tell me about it.....he is an embarrassment at the moment. Wouldn't surprise me if he follows the Tevez route soon enough.
