Gameweek Stats Updated For Members

The Gameweek OPTA statistics available to our Members have now been updated to include those from today’s games. Members can view Gameweek stats via the Beta Site available here.

A quick glance gives us an early indication of where the Fantasy Premier League Bonus points may well be heading. Apart from the obvious – Rooney, Torres, Kenwyne Jones, Freddie Sears and Bale – I’d wager that we might well see Luka Modric, Michael Dawson, Ryan Shawcross, Steed Malbranque, Dan Agger, Steven Gerrard, Matt Upson, Frederic Piquionne, and yes, despite his penalty miss (more on that in tonight’s Knee Jerk), Carlos Tevez, all amongst the Bonus when they are eventually rolled out.

Members can pop into the Beta site now and use the “Current Gameweek” dropdown, to see just why.

    tevez and kolarov got 1 point in 2 games home to villa and blackpool. seriously annoyed with that. rubbed in massively by adam johnson and lescott getting 38-43 points in those games!

      not really. Birmingham don't concede many, and his other match is against Liverpool. Believe it or not, there are better options.

      I'd captain a liverpool plyaer if i had one, or Drogba against Wolves.

    WEST BROMWICH, England (AP) — Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney could be out of action for two weeks after injuring his left ankle in Saturday's 2-1 Premier League win at West Bromwich Albion.
    Rooney scored in the third minute for his first goal from open play since March but hobbled off late in the match after he was hurt in a tackle by Chris Brunt.

    Rooney limped back onto the field for the final few minutes because United had used all its substitutes.

    United manager Alex Ferguson says "it looks as though he is out for a couple of weeks."

    What on earth was that from RVP when he was set free by Nasri? 🙂

    Looked like he wanted to chip it like the Arsenal side with Henry, Vieira, Pires etc used to do quite often when they were through, but his effort landed 15 cm from his foot. Just strange.
