Window Watch – Liverpool Unveil Carroll And Suarez Signings

While Chelsea have gleefully announced the completion of the Fernando Torres deal, Liverpool themselves have tonight just confirmed deals for both Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez.

Liverpool’s makeshift official site, straining under the weight of heavy traffic, has tonight stated that Carroll has signed a five-year-deal at Anfield after passing his medical and will wear the number 9 jersey. The fee has yet to be confirmed but reports suggest a sum of around £35 million.

Suarez meanwhile, has signed a five a half-year-deal in a deal worth 26.5 million Euros. The Uruguayan international has been given the number 7 shirt.

      Nah, been plenty of midweek GWs before and i haven't had too many problems (well not that i can remember!) on FPL. FFS is another matter, wouldn't be surprised at all to see this place go tits up around 7-8ish tomorrow

And...breathe. The Goodfish is back from 10 sweet days in Tropical Island Paradise. Had a nice gameweek last week, but so did my arch-rival. He basically copied my team...gradually.

Now, do I go for a Carroll or a Suarez to change it up a bit...But who to take out of a fwd line that reads Tevez/Berbatov/Van Persie?

Last week when I asked for help I was quietly confident that my unWC'd team would be fine. Now I'm not so sure with all the fixtures buggered up (No Arsenal or Spurs in GW 28 as it stands) and my carefully strategized transfer plans now redundant. HELP!!

  Well considering that few even came close, (and I know this doesn't seem like good logic), but would one think that the few who had large scores in consecutive GWs would regress back to the average? I'm just looking to establish some sense in this captain choice..
