Window Watch – Liverpool Unveil Carroll And Suarez Signings

While Chelsea have gleefully announced the completion of the Fernando Torres deal, Liverpool themselves have tonight just confirmed deals for both Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez.

Liverpool’s makeshift official site, straining under the weight of heavy traffic, has tonight stated that Carroll has signed a five-year-deal at Anfield after passing his medical and will wear the number 9 jersey. The fee has yet to be confirmed but reports suggest a sum of around £35 million.

Suarez meanwhile, has signed a five a half-year-deal in a deal worth 26.5 million Euros. The Uruguayan international has been given the number 7 shirt.

      Don't really like it, even playing twice Ferguson will only get you 6points best case scenario. You'll probably want Brum defensive cover so I'd figure a way to get Foster in for his 2 double GWs.

          Hmm interesting, have it set on Begovic, Blackpool just don't do clean sheets.
          Fixtures perspective its obviously Kingson but i still think they'll concede.

    Kneejerked horribly last weekend (while not being entirely sober) and took a 4 pt hit to bring in RvP with a Nasri to Dorrans transfer for funding.
    I thought I had sort of gotten away with it despite Dorrans being out but with Torres not playing this evening I find myself having to play either Evatt or Bardsley.

    So the question is, would you rather
    A) play Evatt?
    B) play Bardsley?
    C) take an additional 4pt hit and bring in someone like Tevez?

    I still have my Wildcard, do you think its worth playing it now or holding onto it?
