Six more Premier League matches, six more opportunities to add to our Gameweek totals – sadly, after last night’s heavyweight bouts, the Fantasy talent on show looks somewhat limited.

Carlos Tevez will carry the hopes of some as City take on Birmingham at St Andrews, Dutch maestro Rafael Van der Vaart will do his bit for Spurs at Blackburn. Elsewhere, the ever-popular wantaway Charlie Adam will be spraying passes around and over the accommodating West Ham defence and Clint Dempsey will be shooting on sight with Newcastle dropping by the Cottage.
Aside from that, we will all be hoping to find clean sheets. There might just be more chance of finding Germaine Greer on Andy Gray’s Facebook friend list.

Follow the fortunes of all these players and Johan Elmander’s latest attempt at prising the wheel clamp from his bandwagon, in tonight’s Dugout Discussion chatroom. The doors are open. Granville’s doing the teas.

    78 without having to hope my defenders don't concede cause they already have! 84 last week with the big hyped DGW (granted I only had 6 DGW players and Rooney, not Berb, captain), Rooney (C) this week though, would be nice to hit the 85 mark anyway, hopefully DJ chips in to make the Blackpool fight back!

        Looks that way, could be something like six weeks out.
        Leon Best, Nile Ranger and Lovenkrands, any two of them. I actually think they'll give Ranger a go.

      Many of us on here warned people repeatedly about the folly of bringing Stockdale in on a wildcard.

      Yet every time we tried to warn ye we got ignored or ye all came up with some reason to have him.

        +1. in fact Stockdale's performances recently (bar liverpool) were average at best, he had no chance of replacing schwarzer for any lengthy period of time. went with kingson myself, not very aspired alternative i must say...

          He's a good player, but I wouldn't want him anywhere near a team I supported. Oh and I'd take Tiote and Fellaini over him.

              I'm not winding you up at all! Essien isn't a defensive midfielder anyway.

              De Jong is criminally underrated, probably because of that one bad tackle* he made.

              *the one on Holden in the Holland-USA friendly. His tackle on Ben Arfa was legit IMO.
