There may only be one Premier League fixture tonight but it’s one of huge significance, both for our Fantasy Football fortunes and on the destination of the Premier League title. Manchester United are the visitors, and Chelsea are the hosts.

With Chelsea fifteen points adrift and having a turbulent season, it’s United who are looking to edge closer to that 19th Premier League trophy. More importantly of course, it’s United who are featuring in their second game of the gameweek, meaning most of us are loaded up with their players.

Chelsea XI: Cech, Ivanovic, David Luiz, Terry, Cole, Essien, Lampard, Ramires, Anelka, Torres, Malouda

Man United XI: Van der Sar, O’Shea, Smalling, Vidic, Evra, Fletcher, Carrick, Scholes, Nani, Hernandez, Rooney

Sir Alex has named his first unchanged team since May 2008 (thanks Shreevesy), meaning Dimitar Berbatov is once again left in favour of Mexican sensation Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez.

As for the Champions, and they also leave a big name striker on the bench in Didier Drogba, with Carlo Ancelotti clearly hoping Fernando Torres’ supposed hoodoo over Nemanja Vidic surfaces tonight.

    I'm sure you lot already did this to death, but not had chance to read through back pages yet, will get to it at lunchtime, and I need to get it off my chest.

    Firstly. Well played Chelsea, good committed performance, despite my concerns over the refereeing, I reckon you were just about worthy of the victory. And, despite my feelings that Sideshow Bob should so obviously have been sent off, he does look to be halfway competent doesn't he.

    I know many claim that United get preferential treatment form referees, and many times I agree with them and am embarrassed by it. I am sure also that many will be playing the Karma card after Rooneys antics on Saturday, again I have some sympathy for that viewpoint, but none of this disguises the fact that Atkinson's performance was nothing short of disgraceful (not for the first time in this particular fixture). Come the end of the season (whoever wins the title) I will be more philosophical about the swings and roundabouts nature of such things, but right now it is hard to take that this idiot has had such influence over the game again.

    Once again well played Chelsea, no sour grapes here, and well played Carlo Ancelloti for the refreshing nature of his comments re the non-sending off.

    Sorry for the rant.

        Tough to say with Arsenal when you rip 3 of their in form players out of the team and theyre just after throwing away a cup final, they still should win obviously and Nasri is brilliant in the centre and pen duty doesnt hurt either.

            yeh...i'm thinking the same i don't give a damn in the first 2 season when i just didn't do any transfers and leave my team after gw1 but after coming to this site and reading jamesiep's article i think this game is becoming too stressful for me and i hate cheering for players like tevez and rvp etc...
