Paddy Power’s offer on the United vs Chelsea clash on Sunday is now closed. Good luck to all those who got involved. Look out for more Paddy Specials and Enhanced odds to come.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

£10 on the Utd win at 3/1 (profit £30), £13.04 on the draw at 23/10 (profit £30), £13.33 on Che to win at 9/4 (profit £30). Plus your stake back = guaranteed (if boring) profit.

In this case you'd stake £36.67, and get back £30 plus your stake (so £40, £43.04 or £43.33)

Think I'm going to back Utd and the draw, can't see chelsea winning.

So I'd be staking £23.34 and getting back 40 or 43 if it comes in, will prob stick a bit extra on the draw as it's the most likely, Thanks 1966!

With current odds and the same stake on each of those outcomes I come up with:

        chel win. £3.62
        draw £6.01
        united £3.63

Not much but if it comes out a draw then its at least 3 pints down my local whilst I'm watching the game.

jamsiep, you gave me some good advice last week... can u help with my previous post??? I've been advised adam and walters but adam sub would need to be 4.5 or less...

Need to get VDV in but who to drop?? Currently have 2 chelsea defenders so losing one is an option… here’s the options…

        Cech>Szczesny
        walters>VDV

        Luiz>Onuoha
        walters>vdv

        a young>vdv

        walters>vdv
        adam>???

        team is:

        Cech (carson)
        luiz, kolorov,, walker (smalling, kelly)
        adam, silva, walters, lamps, young
        rvp, suarez (sturridge)

        thoughts?

Before you actually eat a banana, take moment to look carefully at it. Notice its shape, colour and textures. If the banana is not ripe, it will be greenish. An older banana will have brown splotches on the skin. Feel the weight of the banana in your hand-the weight is due to the water content of the banana. Consider these facts relating to your banana.

Before eating any of it, spend a moment looking at the cut-up banana, the pieces just waiting there for you to enjoy. Put your nose close to the banana and take a good whiff of banana aroma.

    Afternoon everyone,

Have to hold on to a lead at the top of my Mini league and struggling to decide which way to go this week:

    Team currently

    Foster (Begovic)
    Kolarov Djourou Walker (Luiz Smalling)
    O'Hara Dempsey Yaya Lamps (Walters)
    RVP Rooney Sturridge

I was thinking of doing Walters > Silva? But thinking maybe having Tottenham coverage ie VDV as important?

Is Cech > Gomes a mental move? I have Chelsea defender cover in Luiz. Think Gomes is a cert to play every game from now till the end of the season but this will give me 3 Spurs players (also have VDV and planning Adam > Modric).

    Team is currently as follows:

    Cech
Luiz Skrtel Djourou (Coleman / Bardsley)
Yaya / Adam / Barton / VDV (Ferguson)
    RVP / Suarez / Bent

Have 4.8 in bank at present but really want Drogba for next week (in for Bent).

first ever post here - great site. I am only 5 ahead of rival having had lead cut by nearly 40!

    I have
    Jask
    Luiz, Djourou, Hang (RJ, Coleman)
Nani, VDV (C), A. Young, Yaya (Adam)
    RVP, Drogs, Odem

    Should I do:
    (A) Nani to Silva
    or ....wait for it:
    (B) Nani to Valencia
Valencia seems to be overlooked in recent posts here (and is not mentioned on the Team News page) - surely he is a likely starter and points magnet and a keeper for the last few weeks?

Welcome to the site Michelangelo...Valencia is not assured a start vs Chelsea because Giggs and Park were not in the United lineup in midweek so there's a chance he'll be rotated. Strong option but, when you factor in possible rotation for the Blackpool game, with 3 games left, you may only get 2 matches from him - not great at this stage in the season.

Valencia is my dilemma as well ! I already have him. He should play this week over Nani, but is it worth a transfer? IMO probably not. Up against A. Cole. Can't see this week being a high scoring game, so, 1 assist at best? But he looks good for the last 2 weeks. I would do A) or C) and chance Adam over Nani.

For thi week I'd bring in Silva but prob bin him the week after... possibly for Valencia. MU have bla & BLP in their last 2 games and I think he will play in both. Have a feeling he may be benched on Sunday with Nani / Park starting. Hope this helps!

Doesnt Valencia need games to get his premiership medal?

He needs to play some part in 2 of the last 3 for his medal.

Will Bale from left back really be any different from Bale at LM? If anything it should give him more time and space and defenders won't be able to double up on him.

Pretty much. He still won't get many points.

It would be just like him to get a rare 15+ point haul against Blackpool though. Followed up by the standard 2 points against City. Im thinking about getting him in for Adam over Silva and Arshavin/Walcott.

I think I agree. Bale is at his best when he's running full speed at defenders - starting his run from further back gives him more time to hit top speed.

Should I go for Kolarov, Lescott or Silva this week? I already have Yaya.

posted this this morning, but site is a bit busier now, so hoping for more replies! 🙂

Im 45 ahead of my rival. He has taken a 4 point hit this week.

Working it out, I reckon he’s done Nani & Malouda > Silva & VDV.

I assume he’l captain VDV, as will I.

I have VDV and Yaya for the double. Im worried about not having Silva, and I could do Lampard > Silva for a hit, to cover any potential gains he might get by having Silva as the differential.

    What do you think?

Should I take the hit on lamps > silva?

i wouldn't be too worried. you'll have lamps against newc next week and, if he traded, malouda won't have that same cover... i say your good as is. good luck.
