We have five Premier League fixtures about to get under-way, so the Dugout Discussion chatroom has been opened for you to absorb all the action as it unfolds.

The team news from all the 3pm games is in, and here are the all-important line-ups…

Aston Villa XI: Friedel, Walker, Collins, Dunne, Luke Young, Downing, Reo-Coker, Petrov, Ashley Young, Bent, Heskey

Wigan XI: Al Habsi, Alcaraz, Boyce, Gary Caldwell, Figueroa, Cleverley, McCarthy, Watson, N’Zogbia, Moses, Rodallega

Villa can call upon the services of Richard Dunne and Emile Heskey despite being slight doubts earlier in the week. The visitors can also breathe a sigh of relief as Charles N’Zogbia starts.

Bolton XI: Jaaskelainen, Steinsson, Knight, Cahill, Robinson, Chung-Yong, Muamba, Elmander, Taylor, K Davies, Sturridge

Sunderland XI: Mignolet, Bardsley, Mensah, Zenden, Malbranque, Henderson, Onuoha, Colback, El Mohamady, Sessegnon, Ferdinand

Daniel Sturridge is deemed fit to start for the Wanderers, but Sunderland are forced into naming a make-shift side.

Everton XI: Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Arteta, Heitinga, Neville, Osman, Rodwell, Anichebe

Man City: Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany, Lescott, Kolarov, De Jong, Vieira, Milner, Toure Yaya, Silva, Dzeko

Tim Cahill, Jermain Beckford and Seamus Coleman are all named on the substitutes bench for Everton. Also on the bench is Mario Balotelli, who gives way for Edin Dzeko.

Newcastle XI: Krul, Simpson, Steven Taylor, Coloccini, Jose Enrique, Barton, Nolan, Tiote, Gutierrez, Lovenkrands, Ameobi

Birmingham XI: Foster, Carr, Jiranek, Johnson, Ridgewell, Larsson, Ferguson, Fahey, Bowyer, Beausejour, Jerome

The Magpies line-up as expected, and Birmingham’s only slight surprise is that Jean Beasujour is favoured to Alexander Hleb.

West Ham XI: Green, Jacobsen, da Costa, Gabbidon, Bridge, Spector, Hitzlsperger, Boa Morte, Sears, Cole, Ba

Blackburn XI: Robinson, Emerton, Samba, Givet, Olsson, Nzonzi, Jermaine Jones, Diouf, Pedersen, Hoilett, Roberts

David Hoilett finally makes his Rovers return in what is a huge game at the foot of the table against West Ham, who cannot call upon captain-fantastic Scott Parker today.

After all that we’re off to White Hart Lane, where Spurs take on Blackpool in a game that will have significant ramifications at both ends of the table.

I'd say Valencia. Better than Nani, cheaper and could do damage vs Blackburn and Blackpool.

The saddest thing about Kolarov is that he's not even on that many corners and set pieces any more. Silva and Adam Johnson steals them.

Very low scoring week so far I reckon. Not many high ownership players done much...

Young (got), Silva (got), Yaya (haven't), Nzog (haven't), any others?

Had a feeling Defoe would be good to bring in and captain but wasn't brave enough as don't need to gamble. Anyone do it?

Brought him in about 2 am last night-didn't have the balls to captain him over VDV though.

    Very interesting statistic -

The BRITISH record for the most penalties awarded in the one season was Man City with 15 in 1971/72. Celtic were awarded their 17th penalty of the season on Wednesday night. Not bad for a team who think the refs are against them its a conspiracy against them

He scored 2 v United this season, not many players can say the same.

Once again you miss the point though, hes an OOP player, I am well aware hes not class

Extremely boring game. B'pool use to be fan to watch. Adam is passing only short range passes. Seems he is listening literally to Holloway.

    Modric is some player.

Although he has to be, with Spurs having the most useless lineup of strikers in Premier League history...
