Let’s not dilly-dally shall we. The Scout chatroom has opened for the dawn of a new Fantasy Football season with the The Saturday Surgery here for the last-gasp panic.

There will undoubtedly be even more panic than normal on what is arguably the busiest, and most fraught, period of the whole season.

We’ve opened three rooms in anticipation of a potential abundance of users, we encourage you to spread about and help those as they help you with your last minute quandary.

The first Saturday Surgery of the season is open.

      I absolutely agree they should be acknowledging somewhere that the bloody game we're all discussing is broken but yeah, call me naive, but I assume someone who writes a blog for the site really doesn't know anything/doesn't have a batphone to the top, especially on a friday night!

  To be fair these arrangements are not done over a pint and a pack of crisps. It is certain that any comment on the site performance etc is only to come from FPL. I do understand your frustration though.

  if i can offer a crumb of consolation - i missed GW1 last year and whilst starting 60 points behind, the advantage of knowing who made the starting line-ups and who was in form was huge since i then obviously didn't need to spend transfer points chasing such players. i also then benefited a lot in terms of squad value as people moved over time to the GW1 form players.

so, all my attempts to log in since yesterday evening were just a waste of time and I'm stuck with my draft team

wanted to do Drogba & Nzog -> Carroll & Silva and tinker with the defense a bit, but whatever...

Actually, having Drogs & Nzog is better for GW2-3, so maybe it's not that bad, but if Carroll and Silva go nuts this weekend, I'm in trouble...

WHY ARE FANTASY SCOUT NOT EVEN TALKING TO US??

I get enough drama and lack of communication supporting Newcastle, let alone have the same problems with my fantasy team.

PLEASE, just give us info as to whats happening, if anything, with regards to attempts to fix this problem!!!

also, starting to get server errors on this site now too. come on fantasy football scout, sort it out!

  They don't know any more than we do! They haven't got a batphone to the boss of FPL towers. I suspect they'll be in contact on Monday.
  
  One thing I will say is that FPL need to absolutely hammer their server provider (assuming FPL have paid for an adequate level of service). Shockingly poor show.

I had my team 95% finalised yesterday, but half the fun is checking Sky Sports and BBC sports for early team updates for game starters and having a last minute tinker with your team, especially when you are wildcarding or at the start of a season.

What a shame, feel sorry for people in my league that havn't entered a team, utter utter shambles.
