It’s the third Saturday of the season and, unless you’re on wildcard number three, the subtle tinkering that separates the wheat from the chaff finally takes over. You’re not completely on your own however, as The Saturday Surgery opens it’s doors for another session.

All the resources you need to make your decisions as informed as possible are at your fingertips. The weekend Team News is bang up-to-date, the Scout Picks have been selected (and let’s face, they’re almost guaranteed to do better than the first two efforts) and the Injuries and Bans table is there as a sanity check to avoid those daft last-minute punts on crocked players (I’ve been there).

For me, I’ll be making the subtlest of changes… zero transfers, same captain. So I’m off to pop the kettle on, and when I get back I’ll heading over to the The Saturday Surgery to smugly take pleasure as others scramble around for inspiration. Enjoy.

        Nope.
        Was going to until Monday night when my WC team had only 5 different changes

        And i could have the 11 from WC for next week with 1 hit. So wasnt worth it.

        AVB wouldn't be showing much backbone if he dropped Alex after one mistake. I, however, did, hoping that Bosingwa is more long-term. Think I might've made a bad move though. Good luck Granville. Who do you consider your selection mistakes in there?
