Manchester United have just joined Edin Dzeko in turning Gameweek three upside down.

In 90 minutes of football, United simply blitzed a bewildered Arsenal, ravaged by injury and suspension, ill-equipped and unprepared for the waves of United attacks and individual brilliance thrown at them.

For Fantasy owners of Wayne Rooney and Ashley Young, United’s 8-2 win has brought a rare bounty of points that will have transformed their Gameweek scoring. Three goals and an assist from Rooney, a brace and and three assists from Young, the returns are beyond our wildest expectations and the stuff of nightmares for Arsenal fans and their beleaguered manager who could only watch on while their inexperienced and shell-shocked side were dismantled. Those Fantasy managers without the United pair are unlikely to feel much better – mini-leagues have been turned on their head by today’s events.

This afternoon will have a major impact on the Fantasy Premier League game with Young and Rooney now inevitably set to enjoy huge investment during the international break. Prices will rise, Wildcards will flutter – an extraordinary end to our Fantasy Gameweek.

      This is the season total. They don't put the weekly total, which makes it really annoying. To find the weekly, just subtract the total from what they've got from the past two weeks, which you can normally get from the transfers page under EA Sports PPI. If only the game wasn't updating.       How do I use my wildcard? I can't seem to find a button for it.

            lol, your all sooo mean

            random_guy, goto the transfers page, select the players you want in and out, then hit ok or whatever, then on the next page you will see a button that says use wildcard, click on that, then it will say confirm transfers using wildcard

      This is Unbelievable. We are living in world of technology, where Facebook can have millions of people uploading photos at the same time.
      On the other hand, FPL can't even keep the site up and running. Poor and really shame.
      If resource is an issue, get sponsorship, or charge the users. But it is unaccecptable to keep the customers waiting.
      If this does not improve, I will give up on the game. After all, its just a game .........

              Given - Vorm

              Cashley - Kompany - Senderos - Simpson - Gabbidon

              OHara - Sess - Moses - T.Cahill - Brunt

              Bent - Suarez - RVP

              On sat night thought torres was going to drop so did nzogbia -> brunt and torres -> rvp

              If rvp gets injured during internationals will have to wc but I don't actually think major chnages are needed, want to downgrade my defence so I can invest more in midfield.

          You have to draw the line on what constitutes an assist somewhere but it's difficult to say where.

          Laying the ball off for a player to smash a long range effort into the top corner is perhaps a little dubious but simply stopping the ball from rolling on a set-piece shouldn't, in my opinion, earn the same amount of points as whipping in a cross or splitting a defence with a through ball.

          I suppose us complaining won't change anything though!

        I remember a couple of days ago someone asks about the value of having a vice captain. Well, last week, in a fit of pique, I ditched torres for odemwingie. Once I'd calmed down I realized that may not have been the wisest course of action. So, I told myself if I was so sure of myself then I should make wingie captain, which I did.

        When I came back from a very pleasant trip to the beach yesterday, I checked to see what had happened footywise and was stunned by the scorelines. I felt pretty stupid by swapping out rooney's captainship for wingie. Then I remembered an question raised here yesterday: does anyone knoe anything about odemwingie turning his ankle in training that morning. I had a very guilty wish that the rumour was true, and hurriedly checked the starting brom lineup: no odemwingie. The captaincy had gone to my vice-captain, the roonpig himself, and the sackful of, possibly undeserved, points was mine, all mine.

                  Didn't try to be honest. Chasing value or worrying about price killed me last year. I honestly think rotation Could happen. Ballottelli needs to play to keep him sane and Tevez will still be there. Wigan at home isn't too tough a game.
