As promised, half-season memberships to Fantasy Football Scout are now available for just £10. These will give access to the Members Area and all Members content up until June 1 2012.

If you’ve already got a “Free” account, you can upgrade to a Member via this link. If you’ve yet to register an account with us, you can use this link to register as a member. All payments are made via Paypal. We do also accept cheques and postal order sign-ups, but obviously these are not instant. You can get details on submitting these at the bottom of this page.

For details on the Members benefits, take a look at this breakdown. We’ve also created a new FAQ and “How To” page to help new and existing Members get more out of the content available. Click here to view this.

Our Half Season Player Projections, offering our view on player returns from Gameweek 21 onwards, are due to go live this afternoon – these are on our test servers and getting a final once over before publish. Look out for a post on those later today.

We’ve also got a new Members article on the way this evening – the first by our new guest writer. More on that later.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Looking through Bluemoon it sounds as though SIlva has a niggle that will keep him out of the Carling Cup tie and could see Mancini resting him vs. Wigan so that he is fit to face Spurs. Rumour is he's off to see a specialist to sort it out.

Only rumours at this stage though.

Oh and minor rumours of a factured ankle but even the people on the forum note that there is no reputable source for this.

Any highly owned (And expensive) player on FPL getting injured is an oppurtunity. Especially with the WC about.

He'll have to mention him one way or the other before/after the Liverpool game. And if it is serious Mancini won't bare faced lie about it.

Silva is not a must have, but you can count on him to produce points in the long run. Not something you can say about Sessegnon, Larsson, Walters and so on.

Valencia is not a must have, good value and seems consistent but there are many other good options for midfield slots (Bale, Dempsey, Nani, Silva) to call him a must have.

RVP come's closest to a must have imo. At least he WAS a must have earlier when you could just captain him 10 weeks in a row and collect the points no one else produced at the same time. However, we don't know if it's going to continue. Aguero or Rooney might be the next 'must have'. There's always some kind of hindsight involved in 'must have' opinions.

I wouldn't say Valencia is a must have.

RVP is for now...while he's fit and scoring regularly

I think Silva is too. He is a steady eddy scorer..may get you the odd 2 pts or rotated but week in week out will average well. He is perfect for the no risk player like myself who likes to rely on steady pts from a position.

If you are more of a gambler then Silva is not essential.

With Raylor playing LB and Santon RB if Simpson doesn't make it and Raylor playing RM if he does.

      Top heavy ???

United are having massive midfield problems.. Rooney IMO will continue to play a little deep with welbeck/hernandez upfront..

Rooney > sturridge > Ba when he returns.

Well aware of United mid problems which is why I've stayed away from Rooney so far but they have many mids returning from injury now - Anderson already, Cleverley soon, plus Jones is back and so is Scholes if needed. Risk of Rooney CM way down. Have Sturridge already and mixed feelings - good striker but too many Chelsea goals come from mid, yet Mata unreliable. If I take Sturridge/Ade over Rooney, I can easily upgrade some mids but actually I like my mid quite a lot already, is it that bad?

I REALLY want to change RVP --> Rooney this week in my WC team. Thinking RVP cant score much at Liberty and Rooney gets a brace or hattrick vs Bogdan.

please tell me something wrong or stuping on that transfer to get me out?

Creative CM. A good distributor of the ball from what I have seen and more attacking than defending. Hard to tell how Swansea will line up with all these midfielders, Dyer and Sinclair is at risk as well.

What do people think about Odemwingie? Has some good fixtures coming + possible penalty duties atm. However, I haven't watched any of WBA games recently and a quick stats-look showed he has no shots on goal in the last 3 games.
