Carlos Tevez takes the title race and the Gameweek by the scruff of the neck with a stunning display in City’s merciless mauling of Norwich. United duly picked up the gauntlet, however, with a four-goal drubbing of Villa this afternoon.

Our Members can lose themselves in the statistics from all of the Gameweek’s matches so far – here’s our pick of the key numbers, together with our thoughts on the destination of the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) bonus points…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Adebayor is so annoying.

Doesn't inspire any confidence at all as he's so inconsistent. But i feel compelled to get him in for the DGW as i think it's too big a risk to go without. He could explode or quite easily get 2 two pointers. Must be the most inconsistent fpl player going surely? and yet he still has double figures for goals and assists. So sporadic!

He's had a season of two halves - one of consistent ticking returns Gw4-18 and then a lull in form with bursts of glory since then.
Of all the DGW forwards on the radar he's only one with pens.

Chelsea FC confirm they have a few injury doubts for the Barca game.

Defender David Luiz was apparently stretchered off after suffering an erection in his hamstring as he felt the Chelsea physio touch him.

Midfielder Frank Lampard is a serious 'fatness' doubt as he completed 90 mins in a victory today, which will result into Christine Beakley buying him a few Big Mac's.

Striker Fernando Torres has been diagnosed with a goalscoring phobia and will most likely feature on the bench.

    More news to follow.

Who would you bench next week out of Dempsey, Walcott, Valencia, Siggy, HBA, Cisse, Rooney and RvP?
Currently have McClean, who I want to ship out for HBA, but this could make things too complicated 🙂

Probs Sigg (altho bol is a great fixture). But I'd just keep the FT if I were you or use it somewhere else. You have a pretty solid front line.
