As the scrap for survival enters the final four Gameweeks of the season, today’s Members article assesses the top performers from the bottom five sides over each side’s respective last four fixtures. Using our own ICT Index and the Opta stats available, we analyse the top five from each of the relegation candidates, assessing their form and the potential offered ahead of what will prove to be a frantic finish to the 2011/12 Premier League campaign. As luck would have it, this also doubles up as an assessment of those players in form amongst the ranks of Villa and Bolton – those teams with two fixtures in Gameweek 35…

Think it's a bit unfair of the QPR players in the picture above all pointing and laughing at the fat bloke on the right. Agree?

Anyway else reckon Wigan are due to revert to type and have a poor game against Fulham? Yes they beat Utd & Arsenal and ran Chelsea close, but can they keep that up? really want to bring Dempsey in for Sess?

Hey btw, hope you can wrap up the HOF soon. Don't want to keep it till the last week after you putting in so much work. We'll have to make sure that managers know that they're in the HOF and a gw37 announcement is ideal 🙂

good call. all my plans involved him so now im back to the drawing board.

yeahh i'll try to find time. got back from spain and been sick so right now priorities are to get better, catch up on missed school work and figure out gw 36 plans. as soon as those are done i'll get working away at HOF. can you remind me, how many matchdays do i have left to do for the HOF?

Morning Tina! I don't think I'm going to risk it - it's a difficult act balancing fixtures of gw36-38 in my WC draft. Tried to bring in gw35 into the equation and failed miserably.

Still contemplating RVP > Tevez. Waiting on Mancini's presser to see if we have any Djoker news.

Also having 2nd thoughts. Thinking I've worked hard for 34 gameweeks and I should let the buggers behind me take all the risks.

Hoping for a small green arrow to keep the process going and then a possible 3 DGW trade ins(-4) to give me 8 DGW players.

I'd be skeptical of doing it, if not for the WC.

Lot of risk involved but then again no risk no gain. I think it really boils down to what you think the scorelines will be for Ars, Utd, Mcy.

Well I'm not expecting much from Rvp/Walcott, but I'm keeping to cover ML rivals. Walcott is a gonner next week.

Rooney is also owned by both ML rivals and will probably be (c) by both. Thing is my feeling is Kun will outscore Rooney, especially considering I will (c) Kun and not Rooney, if I keep him.

I might then also decide to keep Kun for the City derby if Ade doesn't deliver this week or gets injured rotated.

For me it's more a matter of am I better off with 7 or 8 DGW players.

Cos I can't see Arsenal getting more than 1-2 goals. Whereas you could make a case for a few Utd goals and Rooney's been amongst them whenever they come. Unfortunately, in the last 10 Arsenal goals, RVP has scored only once.

Fairly easy. Take what he has in the bank on a given day. Add to the players sell value he is likely to transfer out. See what he has in the bank after transfer made and work out what was spent on new player. Look at players of that price and you can pretty much guess who was brought in.

I've just started doing it and managed ito get it right five of the last six GWs

It does sound like a lot of effort though. And like Christina said below, in general I'd rather not know. I do what I do because it's my choice, not because I'm worried about someone else. (In general, anyway. This week has screwed with my head. I think it's the lack of decent captain choice, as much as anything.)

Can't see the benefit, unless it's an h2h league. So what if you know your rival has Kun/Tevez? You still don't know if they might be rested or miss a peno's get injured etc.

It might just influence you in doing the same or something that you regret later.

The less I know the better.

    Collins - talk to me....

So he's not great and neither is Villa, in fact they're tragic, but.....

.....this week both games are at home. The first will be a 0-0 snooze fest, with both teams happy with a point and both teams almost on holiday. The second against Bolton, could also easily be a CS.

    6 + 6 = 12, stick the armband on that and you've bagged yourself 24pts.

But then you're stuck with him for the DGW and beyond.....any thoughts

Kun and Aguero are the most likely to steal the show...Kompany should get you CS though, Silva has a chance of goal but don't expect a haul from them.

I'm leading and I went for Tevez, seems better choice given Rooney poor against Everton and on-form City against dire Wolves.

Guys, if given the choice, would you prefer...

    A) 25 point lead in ML...with Ade.

    B) 21 point lead in ML...with Cisse.

    Cheers 🙂

Need some advice on the following!?

    GW 36 Transfers
    McClean >> Peinaar
    Clichy >> Cahill
Aguero >> Adebayor (4-point hit) Will see how he does at the weekend first

    Option 2) Clichy >> Terry
    Aguero >> Jelavic

    Option 3) McClean >> Peinaar
    Aguero >> Cisse

With GW37 Bring in Moses and take out McClean

Evans and Komp definitely. Skrtel is an interesting one - good game on paper. I'd be tempted by him. The other two are decent shouts too though. Santon over Caulker, I think.

Looking at wc teams for gw36 how does this look?
    Cech (Bodgan)
    BAE, Sktrel, N.Taylor (Verm. Evans)
    Bale, Dempsey, HBA, Siggy (Valencia)
    Cisse, Ade, Jelavic

Leaving enough in the bank to do Cisse > Rvp gw37
