Looking at trading Bent > RVP, but to do so I'd have to get rid of one of Bale/Cazorla/Yaya/Kagawa to a budget mid for a 4 pt hit.
Best midfield option for 5.4 or less?
A: Routledge 5.0
B: Maloney 5.0
C: Kacaniklic 4.5
D: Guthrie 4.5
Already have Mark Noble
Cheers.Open Controls-
Maloney
Open Controls -
Kag to Routledge - RVP gives you Utd cover and Rout gives you Swansea cover.
Open Controls -
Cazorla. I'm not convinced that Arsenal have a striker who can actually finish. Plus, Arsenal face Liverpool, City & Chelsea in the next 4.
C. However, Dempsey's inevitable return could make this transfer a bit redundant. In that case, A. Routledge has been very good and if Sinclair leaves then it's a great route into Swansea's midfield.Open Controls -
B from a long term perspective. A and C are the best two, but easily could be rotational risks very soon.
Open Controls -
C or D
Open Controls -
Cazorla to Routledge.
Open Controls -
I've got Danny Graham as Swansea coverage already. Darron Gibson is another alternative with perfect H/A rotation with Noble.
Open Controls-
Routridge, until they buy a new winger or Sinclair doesnt move to Citeh

willl adam johnson take place of mcclean in position?
Open Controls-
No
Open Controls -
MON will play both surely...its not like Sunderland are overburdened with creative midfielders.
Open Controls -
No, McClean left and AJ on the right doing his usual cut-in trademark. Could be a deadly duo that!
Open Controls-
If Sess and Fletcher definately on my radar.
Open Controls -
+1
too bad for them they don't have any proper strikersOpen Controls

-
not more than Sinclair threatened Dyer's position in last seasons Swansea
Open Controls

Did Lamp>Kanc and Torres > RVP for a 4pt hit.....it feels so right. First time that i actually feel good taking a hit. Now have 1.5 in bank to play with.
Tevez>RVP great (c) rotation. With that sorted, can manage the rest of my team based on form and fixtures.....Open Controls-
i was tempted by RVP too, but torres is too good to sell.
moreover, as a united fan, I don't want to watch the match and think about everyone passin to RVP every second. That will just make me enjoy less of the match.Open Controls-
That's exactly why I didn't sign Ross McCormack in the Championship fantasy game 😉
Open Controls

sounds great
Open Controls -
Good moves.
Open Controls

Shwazer
Baines Williams Clichy
Larsson Pienaar Kagawa Dyer
Tevez(C) Jelavic(V) Petric
I know Clichy is a rotation risk but will change him next week and anyway think its his turn
Predict how many points this team will get?Open Controls-
Larsson could be a rotation risk too with Johnson signing, unless they play him as a CM

Morning, guys! 🙂
Open Controls-

Brilliant score for you this Gw, eh?
Open Controls-
77 top of the league for this GW 😀
I think that they should give extra points for that 🙂Open Controls

morning
Open Controls -
Hey Nitin.....that was a close match
Open Controls
-
-
Twitter rumours suggesting that Clint Dempsey is close to signing for Sunderland! 😯
Open Controls-
still wouldnt be tempted at his price and the competetion from sess
Open Controls-
Could affect the returns of the likes of McClean, Sess etc.
Open Controls
-
-
Just what they need, another attack minded player that's capable of playing behind the striker or down the flanks 🙂
Open Controls-
Didnt Dempsey play in the striker role last year when Pog was hurt? I think he did quite well
Open Controls

I think SUN will be a force to reckon with if true.....Top 6 a possibility.

i have gone for a strong front 8, but how does this defense look? good coverage/spread?
begovic, jussi
baines, rangel, saylor, cuellar, clyne
what do people think of newcastle's defense?Open Controls-
keepers look a bit soft

nufc defence is overpriced imo.Open Controls

Looking at a possible wild card. And, hate doing this, but how does it look?
Schwarzer Foster
Chico Cuellar Figueroa Wilson - Demel
Hazard Michu Pienaar McClean - Kacaniklic
RVP Torres Tevez
1.1 leftOpen Controls-
i don't know why you would want to wc. team looks good.

this is *after* wild card though?

No way GAZ.,....hold it. Are you just worried about this week?
Open Controls-
Not really. Just too many players I *want* in.
Open Controls
-
-
Looks good, Gaz. No Spurs?
Open Controls-
I guess not. Not feeling Bale at the moment, and Vertonghen is too expensive with those 3 forwards.
Open Controls
-
-
Don't push the button Gaz! I'd deffo hold off until the weekend, if I was you. There'll be loads more bandwagons after the next round of games and the international break - just do a hit Torres > RVP & Bent > Graham or Petric.
Open Controls
-
-
Wildcard used!!! Had to! Had Federici, Harte, Terry, Ramires, Rooney, and Pogreb. Would require 8-12pts just to field a decent, full 11.
Vorm
Rafael Assou-Ekotto Baines Ridgewell
Kagawa Michu Yaya
Tevez Ruiz Defoe
bertrand sterling Hazard federici.Open Controls-
defo NO defoe!! Ade back.
RVP is a must have
Ruiz> petricOpen Controls-
+1 re Defoe, especially as I hear spurs are looking to transfer in another forward and Midfielder or two prior to deadline.
Open Controls -
think defoe will resume bench duties then? I can see VDV and Ade coming back in with siggy next in line and defoe on bench.
Due to Kagawa facing possible rotation, Shrek out and RVP nailed on for a start from here on in, I agree and have changed.
Pienaar for Kagawa
RVP for Defoe
(and Demel as sub for Baines....cant afford Baines and Rvp)
Vorm.....Assou Ridgewell Rafael.......Michu Pienaar Sterling Yaya......RVP Tevez Ruiz
betrand Hazard demel on bench. Damn it 0.1m from Petric for Ruiz!!!!! Waited a few hours too long!!!
Drop Bertrand for a 4.0m or get Graham in for Ruiz??? really want a Fulham forward since their fixtures are great and they are red hot, and also I dont really want 3 Swansea players in case the bubble bursts soon.Open Controls

Anyone going with Jenkinson?? Wenger said that Sagna will not be back until October.
Open Controls-
I am thinking of it however ARS fixtures start improving in October.
Open Controls
-
-
Geez, Torres rose overnight despite having a blank?! 😕
Open Controls-
Happy days. Any bets on the average score next week with so many casuals not having a full 11 playing?
Open Controls-
There're some potential high scoring matches like City v QPR, Newc v Villa, Soton v Utd. Won't be too low - around 45 I reckon.
Open Controls -
Could be an interesting week. Many teams (myself included) could get slaughtered if there are some unexpected bench-sitters. Still considering a +4 so that I have some insurance on bench. But really just hoping I survive this week and that my Chelsea players absolutely feast on QPR in GW4.
Open Controls

madness.
Open Controls

Alright lads, I'm back for yet another DZ. After seeing today's results it has made me even more worried about not having Tevez, can it really be that bad? But I've already made my transfers so no going back. Would love to know how good my team looks for next week.
Jussi
Colocinni Zabaleta Cuellar Demel
Ben Arfa Michu Cazorla Bale
Graham RVP
Subs: Fed Clyne Torres Guthrie
Thoughts?Open Controls-
i would be really worried about not having tevez and hazard as they keep going up in price. with that being said, i still like your team
Open Controls -
it looks good for next GW. I am also playing 442, as I don't want to ditch torres, similar backline as mine too.
what transfer did you do?Open Controls-
I took a 4 point hit as needed to field a decent 11.
Taarabt > HBA
Cashley > Coloccini (Realise now probably should have been Saylor, but I can't change it now)Open Controls
-
-
Having no attacking city coverage is ballsy..... The case for Tevez is that he isnt subject to rotation so much as city midfielders (Nasri being a case in point). I prefer the Tevez/Hazzard rather than Torres/Nasri or yaya to ensure you have chelsea and city coverage.....
Open Controls-
I reckon they'll be quite solid over the next few weeks. They have really good up coming fixtures that not a lot of people have noticed. AVL eve NOR rea
Open Controls -
-
-
No City could hurt you real bad. But decent team, really.
Any plans for getting in Hazard, Tevez?Open Controls

i avoid to take a hit
http://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/33194/history/Open Controls

Depends on forward line..... Got RVP or Tevez go for the other teams midfielder got both RVP and Tevez go HBA.
Open Controls
-
-
If Torres is benched, should I swap him for RVP?
Open Controls -
Was planning on transferring out Torres since GW1 but now don't know what to do...
Open Controls -
jaas
zab cuellar rafael
bale michu dyer pienaar
rvp tevez (C) bent
all set, folks! any problems i should know about?Open Controls -
-
Cuellar for Me, Jenkinson is useful short term option but he wont play long term.
Open Controls
-
-
I guess this means A- Modric deal is all but done, B- Defoe wont play again this season, C - the VDV/Siggy rotation is only going to get worse.

E) AVB is a moron.....
Open Controls

Good night deadzone!!!
One last look at RVP in my squad before i go to sleep. AHHHHH......back where you belong!!!Open Controls -
baines or rangel??
Open Controls-
Seriousily? Baines is 2mil more expensive for a reason.....
Open Controls
-
-
Oh FF just saw ur comment, Jussi, Saylor and Cuellar btw 🙂
Open Controls -
-
Answeared this already....if you need two Jenkinson and Cuellar. But be prepared to sub out Jenkinson at some point in the not to distant future.
Open Controls
-
Anybody eslse think sunderland could be a decent outfit with the addition of Johnson and Fletcher?
Open Controls -
I going early with the wild card...
To many players need to be in the squad that ain't. My best year playing Prem League fantasy was the year before last when i finished top 2K, and i played my WC week two then. The other up-side is that there is the second WC in January, so its not like a few years ago when you only had one.
To any Liverpool lads, is Stirling going to start more then he doesn't? I thought he looked the goods last night....Open Controls -
Anyone else braving it without RVP?
Open Controls-
-
Don't see the value in it. Quality, to be sure. But name of game is getting more production than you pay for, and I don't see that coming from RVP at this price point. Owned him all last season and rode him happily. Also had fingers crossed every week last year that he didn't blow out a hammy again.
Open Controls -
glad I'm not the only one. I don't really think fixtures are good enough. It will be scary though!

how many ppl have a non playing 4.0 goalie is a back up? i'm really contemplating this right now, although i really don't like the idea of it (would have ddg and a 4.0 def)
