A wet and windy Saturday is warmed by a dozen Premier League fixtures, beginning with Sunderland’s clash with the Baggies with the Stadium of Light and culminating in Arsenal’s trip to Villa Park this evening. In between, Robin Van Persie will wear the Fantasy armband for thousands as QPR turn up at Old Trafford hoping the incentive of the new broom will help them stand up to the United assault.

Our Saturday Surgery Chatroom is now open, signally the start of our the Gameweek, with just over an hour to go before the deadline drops.

The day’s Dugout Discussion follows around 12.30, with a philosophical preamble on the way in the next half hour.

    I'm trying to stop myself doing a straight transfer from Hernandez to rvp. Clearly its the obvious thing to do but I've managed to stay top of my ml without him and part of me likes the thrill of waiting to see if he fails for 2 consecutive weeks. Aaaargh!
