A Gameweek tainted by no less than three 0-0 stalemates still saw several protagonists produce strong statistical shifts. Jordi Gomez and Stephane Sessegnon led the way in our ICT Index rankings and are amongst the players picked out in this week’s Big Numbers, our summary of some of the key stats on show from the weekend’s action…

Last time of asking....(promise). Really struggling with this one.....
a) Ba -> Tevez (Taarabt -> Sterling next week)
b) Fellaini -> Sess (either Hughes -> Enrique, or Taarabt -> Sterling next week)
c) Save the transfer (Hughes & Taarabt -> Enrique & Sterling next week)Open Controls-
Save and get Suarez next week imo
Open Controls -
Personally I'd go:
d) Ba -> Fletcher (Hughes -> Enrique next week)
Suarez would be a better investment than Sterling I reckon, if you can do that somehow.Open Controls -

yes i believe AVB finnaly realized Gallas was not getting the job done... this changes from last game along with the return of Dembele might get the team back on track.
Once again fixture wise i believe B.Jones from WBA has the nicer onesOpen Controls

So things that are on my mind for my FPL team:
Baines = The more I think about it...the more I feel he's a definite goner. 7m+ for a defender who delivers 2 points consistently is not worth it. You might as well just spend cheap and get the same result.
RVP = another blank and it's back to the drawing board. There's no way you can own a 13m+ striker not scoring goals.
Ba = frustrating but I still think he represents strong value and if Newcastle score it's usually him.
Berbatov = Probably easier to sell but Fulham look a bit clueless and it's the same dilemma with Ba...both excellent strikers but their teams are pretty average right now.
Rafael = Really losing patience with this dude too. Fixtures are there and you'd think at 5.5m originally he'd be great value for the season. But Man Utd are appallingly bad at defending this year. I'd probably sooner sell Baines though.Open Controls-
I'd keep all of those players for another week and see how things go. Unless the alternatives have a run of good fixtures about to begin this gameweek.
Open Controls -
I have had all 5 and have lost the bottom 3, and may yet lose Baines (see below)
RVP is another matter altogether... I will retain him even if he fails against WHM... he will get great returns over the course of the season, there is no doubt about that...Open Controls -
-
I just don't know who for. I had Fletcher then I sold for Berb. It paid off big time but since then Fletch is doing the business. I just don't know what to make of it all now. I fancy downgrading Baines and upgrading one of them to Aguero soon.
Open Controls
-
-
RVP will come up good. The chances are there.
Ba is good value with NEW 11 full fit.
Baines is overpriced despite the potential brilliant GW we all been waiting for.
Rafael might be good to ditch if that means upgrading mid or attack for an heavy hitter.
Berbs is a good alternative if Ba doesn't deliver.
You need to stick with your instinct and not reshuffle your strategy every GW.Open Controls

Sometimes the best transfer is the one you don't make
Open Controls -
Too late to jump on fellani? fixures turn average but can he overcome that and continue form after ban? oher option is morrison. cheers
Open Controls-
i'm gettin him in this week.. ARS mci TOT stk whm WIG CHE new SWA sot
Will be "resting" him next week for sterling(SOT) and barring mci and stk i'd say that is a pretty ok runOpen Controls -
Definitely Fellaini. The guys having a huge season. Why stop the fro
Open Controls

I am actually thinking about losing Baines this week...
Defenders on my watchlist... Azpilicueta, Enrique, Garrido, Dawson/Caulker, Billy Jones, Clark/Stevens...
I may even triple up on Stoke with Shawcross - with his constant home bonus hauls, he is actually better value than Cameron, and I will play him very game until Jan WC... (only fixtures I don't like are tot & mci)
Any ideas?Open Controls-
Enrique. Any other pressing issues?
Open Controls -
I don't like the triple up on Stoke. Double is enough. While Stoke's home form is CS heaven they tend to concede on the road. Plus they are bound to concede one or two at home now and again. They have always been tight but they must be getting a bit lucky too.
Jones, Enrique and Caulker are all on my radar too. Azpilicueta is too dodgy a risk imo. With you on losing Baines...I don't care what the stats say...he is not worth that much.Open Controls -
Jones has the best fixtures from next week.. since you can afford him get ridgewell though
Open Controls
-
-
Finally lost patience with Ba and have always wanted Berbatov.. is it madness to get Berba IN?
Open Controls -
Which would you rather have until Jan WC??
1.Ba or Giroud
2. Berb or FletcherOpen Controls-
Lose Ba for some weeks when Newcastle fully fit. Ba is always a better pick than Giroud but not now.
Fletcher for QPR, Norwich, DGW include READING.Open Controls -
Giroud looks a really strong option
Open Controls-
I though you had a soft spot for Ba! think i'm just going to go all out and do 3 transfers.. first time i'll of done it all season so ah well
Open Controls-
I do but that doesn't stop Giroud being a strong option at 8.4m. I had Giroud at the start after all but it didn't work out.

Puncheon. What a bargain. The new sterling 🙂
Open Controls-
So long as he continues to start it certainly looks that way.
Open Controls

Anyone know if Walcott or Valencia will be fit (and play) this gw?
Open Controls -
How 's this look lads:
Saylor > Cuellar this week.
Baines+Jelavic > Enrique/another def. + Suarez (-4)
Giving me:
Bego, Tremmel
Enrique, Gallas, Cuellar, Hughes, Demel
Hazard, Bale, Fellaini, Sterling, McAnuff
RVP, Suarez, Fletcher
1.3 in the bankOpen Controls-
just Saylor --> Cuellar, and do other 2 transders after next dealine
Open Controls -

Keeping him one more week (i think) then getting santi or silva (or both!)
Open Controls

Has anyone seen the wheels off Fellaini's bandwagon? We might need to put them back some time soon...
Open Controls-
i'm already working on findin em.. may even captain the guy after gettin him this week
Open Controls-
got him this week? The guy has ARSENAL, Man City next. Would rather go for Sexygnon
Open Controls-
Arsenal @ home aint a big deal.. will bench him for sterling for mci and then play him till Jan end.. He really is a bargain at that price and i'd tip him to be in the top 5 scoring mids @ season end if he continues playin in his position
Open Controls
-
-
-
Most people kept him though. Not much to talk about this Gameweek..
Open Controls-
would you get him in this week if you dint have him though?
Open Controls-
I probably would you know. He is exceptional value and despite what others say about his fixtures I think he will cause Arsenal and Spurs a lot of havoc. Not sure on the City fixture though. Depends on your alternatives though.
Open Controls-
thinking along the same lines.. gonna bench him vs city mostly(for sterling) so all's good

People on here need to stop fearing getting rid of Baines. It won't kill you. I just looked at what happens when you sell Baines for a 4.5m...I'd all of a sudden have over 3m to spend elsewhere. That is simply incredible. All that cash there waiting to be spent and we're tip toeing around the idea of getting rid of precious Baines because he crosses a lot and FFS says he's god. Take the money and run I say.
Open Controls-
Damn right!!!! This "season keeper" business is simply bad business.
Open Controls -
i think NOR was the last straw.. no one needs convincin to get rid anymore
Open Controls -
I really don't think as many people are against the move as you seem to make out. People were saying keep this week because it was Norwich and tbf they were almost spot on (he almost scored twice and lost the CS with the last kick of the ball) but the way you go about it is a bit farfetched. Who is actually "fearing getting rid of Baines" ?
Open Controls-
Mark
Open Controls -
The real fear is getting rid of RVP and the fear of not captaining him every week due to his potential and price tag...
Open Controls-
This is what I'd say 'fear of ditching' someone is. RVP is the most captained week-in, week-out and I imagine it would be a brave man to ditch over the next few.
Open Controls

Fellaini and Crouch OR Morrison and Fletcher? Please suggest
Open Controls-
I would choose the first option simply because the pts potential looks better. The latter option does offer DGW bonus though.
Open Controls
-
-
Sunderland forum suggest Saha would start tomorrow 😐
Open Controls-
Doubt it. Fletch + Sess are first choice by far.
Open Controls -
Instead of...?
Open Controls-
-
I see, with Cattermole out I'm not sure how their midfield would hold up in a 4-4-2? Would mean Sessegnon out wide too.
Open Controls
-
-
-
maybe.. it's not like sunderland are scorin goals for fun..
Open Controls
-
After having a great game, it's ironic that it was Baines who gave away the foul that let to Norwich's goal.
Open Controls-
That 'foul'...
