A Gameweek tainted by no less than three 0-0 stalemates still saw several protagonists produce strong statistical shifts. Jordi Gomez and Stephane Sessegnon led the way in our ICT Index rankings and are amongst the players picked out in this week’s Big Numbers, our summary of some of the key stats on show from the weekend’s action…

Don't get rid of Baines. Someone with the surname Baines just emailed me at work, it's a sign. You have been warned.

Are you getting the viagra?

Bottom of Page:
Not sure why so much love for Sess, he scored a lucky tap in and fell over for the assist. This is Sunderland people, I hear talk of dropping quality players like Mata, Bale and Santi for him! Crazy Fools!!!Open Controls-
People tend to be chasing last week's points than looking to be scoring more in the next few weeks, they just need reasons.
Open Controls-
Regarding Baines AK.
Yep. There’s no alternative that offers what Baines can offer. Everton have a horrible trait of breaking the season ticker as well by under performing against lesser teams and raising their game against the top 6Open Controls -
hard to know the difference between chasing last weeks points and backing a player in form though. How many good games in a row represent form?
Open Controls-
I fairly believe that it was just a tap in, and the assist was fluke too. Sunderland looked the usual against Fulham when Brede was on the pitch at Fulham. I still can't see many changes in them. I don't believe it's called 'in-form'.
Open Controls-
Fair enough but identifying form or lack of it is part of the game. I'm sure quite a few are blinkered by Sess' form last year too when he was essential as an oop midfielder.
Open Controls-
I'm not against having Ses, it's just that people are now getting rid of Mata, Silva, Bale and Fellaini to get Ses, which is a very stupid thing to do.

It's simply a good punt.....
Sess's stat's before last match - 2 shots on target for the entire season. That's 12 matches, with just 2 shots on target.
Yet people were brave in taking a punt for him, and duly got rewarded. He has the fixtures, (dgw captain material), and he is almost oop, he is now at 7.3 which is reasonable, why wouldn't you take a chance and gamble a little?
(P.S. - I went AJ 🙁 )Open Controls
-
-
He has two more games than Mata in the next few weeks.
Open Controls -
I now have Silva, Bale, Mata and Fellaini and no place for Sess. 😀
I have Fletcher instead who is likely to score in Sunderland Side.Open Controls -
No Sunderland cover for me (except Cuellar) and i'm okay with that.
Open Controls -
Bring Sess in for another mid-price player seems sensible though.
Five shots on target in the last two games and two very favourable GWs coming up in the next three.
Not seen the goal but more often than not you create your own luck.Open Controls-
2 shots on target for the entire season prior to the match....how can you dismiss that?
Stats can be made to tell anythingOpen Controls-
Yeah, I'm not trying to say he's guaranteed to score big or that you should look to sell quality players just to make way for him, but it does like like Sunderland have turned a corner picking up 5 goals in 2 games and he's been heavily involved.

0.2m out from doing Britton to Sessegnon... 🙁 i like my other 4 mids so think its a no go.
Other options are Jelavic or Berbatov to anyone under 10m/11.2m (Tevez/Giroud)
Or for a hit Baines and Jelavic to RVP and Caulker.
Any advice would be very welcomed guys...Open Controls-
Baines always seems to be the one to make way. Britton needs to go but you need a better bench filler rather than leaving a 7m plus player on the bench every week.

Ideas on this team
Jaaskelainen • Begovic
Shorey • Baines • Cuellar • Wisdom • Hughes
Pienaar • Puncheon • Mata • Morrison • Bale
Ba • Van Persie • Berbatov
2 FT, £2.3m in the bank.
Which sounds best?
a) Ba > Tevez
b) Baines + Pienaar > Jones + any mid
c) Pienaar > up to 8.9 mid
d) something else
Thanks in advance. 🙂Open Controls-
Ba--Fletcher? Tevez also great pick. Could explode this week but will always be a victim of rotation but if ya r okay with that..

Rafael -> Enrique or Nastasic ???
Open Controls -
Shall I wildcard guys?
Been a poor few weeks and am dropping everywhere.
Players out:
Federici
Baines
Pienaar
Ba
to give me:
Jaaskelainen - MIGNOLET
Billy Jones - BAINES - Cameron - Rangel - Cuellar
Bale - Sterling - SESSEGNON - Michu - Silva
SUAREZ - Van Persie - Berbatov
and 0 in the bankOpen Controls-

i wouldnt put wisdom in a WC team as we dont know about his injury and with Enrique and Johnson back, especially at home they'll most likely play at full backs with suso and sterling up with suarez leaving wisdom on the bench
Open Controls
-
-
-
Begovic - Foster
Baines - Rafael - Nelsen - Clyne - Cueller
Maloney - Sterling - Cazorla - Mata - Fellaini
RVP - Tevez - Berbatov
2 FT, & 0.3m in the bank
Nelsen/Clyne -> Davies/Garrido/Bassong
Maloney -> Southampton midfielder
Rafael -> Enrique
Any ideas/input, I'm growing increasingly impatient with far too many of my players at the moment.Open Controls -
Sess or Morrison?
Both have good fixtures and are in decent form. Morrison is 1m cheaper thoughOpen Controls -
Getns who should i play as third defender
WiG: Ronnie Stam vs Man city H) (he will play this week)
Reading: (Gorkss vs Villa away)
McCartney (WH A to united.Open Controls-

Is it worth getting in Suarez when I've got rvp berb and tevez?
Open Controls -
Both 5.7, same team, one midfielder who plays in defence (occasionally), One defender who plays in attack! Know who I'm backing!
Open Controls-
-
That's the game! It's pretty obvious though! Can you guess?
Open Controls

Downing?
Open Controls -
Well obviously, why would anyone get Downing?
Open Controls -
get ur numbers right next time ur doing trivia
Open Controls-
When did Enrique get to 5.8?? sorry all! 🙂

Baines & Demel to Nastasic & Enrique for free after this week sound good?
Im tiring of virtually no output from Baines despite his hefty price tag.Open Controls-
did nastasic to baines last nigth and i feel like im regreting, but hope young Nastasic keep his place at back (every time he plays in last 5 gw's there was CS for city)

Open Controls -
if i use one of my two free transfers to go maloney to puncheon im left with
Mignolet
Cuellar, Rafael, Cameron (Clyne, Hughes)
Bale, Michu, Ramirez, Puncheon (Sterling)
RVP, Rooney, Aguero
Would you save the other freebie?
Plan is for gwk15 to go rooney to suarez/berbatov/giroud and upgrade elsewhereOpen Controls -
Morning chaps
Should I do Ba > Fletcher or just bring Puncheon off my bench and save the FT?Open Controls -
So nice to login after a bad weekend to see a new injury to worry about.
Now I have "Maloney's groin" in my search history.Open Controls -
Barbossa, you got Puncheon for a 12 point hit to play him in your team when someone gets injured, let me tell you what will happen when someone gets injured, you'll take take 4-5 hits to change him too, and never really play Puncheon. 😛
Open Controls-
😀
Open Controls -
Leave him alone, he should probably play Fantasy F1 though.
Open Controls -
no......i will play the moneyball

four weeks away from qualification to the shieldOpen Controls -
Good morning people. Another week and another red arrow even though before the week started I was hugely optimistic about my squad but I suppose there's a lot of that going around!
Plans for midweek:
McAnuff and Rafael OUT
Sess and Shorey IN
Will give me Gorkks and Shorey which I'll keep for the DGW and then I'll downgrade Sess to one of Ramirez/Lalana/Morrison and upgrade Gorkks to someone like Caulker for GW 17 where the Spurs fixtures start to look really good. Thoughts?Open Controls-
-
Care to share why?
Sess has (QPR, nor, CHE, REA) whereas McAnuff's returns have screeched to a halt. There's a very high likelihood that Rafael will be rested for 1 (or maybe even 2) of the upcoming GWs and I'm no longer confident in United CS returns.Open Controls

Baines this GW, goal and three BPS = 11pts. That will teach those with little faith!
Open Controls -
Glad to see my differential in Gaston Ramirez paying off.
Hopefully he stays under the radar for a while.
Just a pity about Valencia lolOpen Controls -
Tell me 'bout this Sean Morrison guy from Reading. Assist and goal in the last four - OOP?
Open Controls -
Hi,
Prior to the weekends struggle I had anticipated saving the free transfer. But have had a real slump these last few GWs & feel my team might need a bit of a freshen up. Put a few options at the bottom. But feel free to make better suggestions £0.8m in the bank
Mignolet QPR (H)
Cuellar QPR (H) Baines ARS (H) Cameron NEW (H)
Sterling TOT (A) Michu WBA (H) Bale LIV (H) Mata [VC] FUL (H)
Van Persie [C] WHU (H) Ba STK (A) Suarez TOT (A)
Gazzaniga NOR (H) Routledge WBA (H) Mariappa AVL (A) Demel MUN (A)
A:) Ba > Defoe
B:) Ba & Routledge > Tevez & Puncheon
C:) Save
D:) Better Suggestion needed!Open Controls -
how about benching berbatov to play Gera for midweek? is this crazy?
Open Controls-
Well, Gera might be rested
