Walcott. If your starting anichabee over theo this week then surely you have to get rid of him with the up and coming blank
The problem is if I take out Walcott I will lose 0.5
At this stage of the season, it's points that matter. I personally, am keeping Walcott and will bench him next week and look forward to the double. However, I'm not considering starting anichabee before him this week!
Am likely to harm some kittens if Sturridge doesn't start this weekend. Pretty convinced that rvp will be rested ahead of RM game on Tuesday, so I really need Sturridge to start.

The nearer it gets to Saturday the more I figure RvP will play. He's not injured and a goal or two would boost his confidence ahead of Real game.

Madrid is a massive game and rvp carrying a knock it seems sensible that sir alex will rest him or even not include him in the squad and rest him completely for wednesday.
I see no point in starting rvp at all, united have enough backup to start others v norwich it is just the matter if rvp will come on.

I would say Bale/Suarez/Aguero/Mata are the 4 untouchables, any of the other 4 could be the right choice, but I think I would go with Sissoko, or Sturridge if you think there's a chance he'll only get a cameo.
I agree with you regarding Sissoko. I think out of those it has to be him.
If Sturridge misses out then he's a good sub.

This week gets me thinking again about captaincy expectations. In theory your captaincy choice can only be measured as a success against other captaincy options that week and there should be no absolute target to aim for every week. In practice, I think it does exist. RVP has been the best captaincy choice this year and has averaged something around 7 points per game. Average over that and you're ahead, it's a success.
So this is making me lean towards Lambert for captaincy because I reckon he's got a very good chance of getting some attacking points, though he may not necessarily have the highest upside. If the score to beat is 7, he can reach that with an assist and 2 BAPs or a goal and 1 BAP. Any more and Bob's your uncle.
Scared to Bale on Arsenal?
Scared to captain any of my players in that game (Bale, Walcott, Giroud). The north London derby is considerably lower scoring at Spurs than Arsenal (1.6 goals per game for each team) so am trying not to get carried away by the talk of goalfests.

Yeah a classic risk v safety scenario. Not to say Lambert can't score high, he's hit double figures regularly this year and could really tear QPR a new one.
