Already did my moves for the week. Did Kun, Guthrie and Walcott for, Lukaku, Sessegnon and Michu, leaving me with 11 players, and some very favourable matchups for the upcoming gameweek. 4 pt hit to field 11. I am happy with that too.

Tickets to the MLS All-Star game. You can easily purchase those. I guess it's the VIP treatment at the game that's the real prize.
Will you actually do research on injuries etc?
I did some research before the round. Depth charts and injuries, etc.
But I probably won't take it as seriously as FPL. All in good fun.

The likes of Sissoko, Michu, Suarez, Bale will all be going up it seems. I think I already lost .1 from Mata, and .1 from Theo. Just got rid of Theo (for now), but keeping Mata for after the blank.

Jafa...i already did Kun/Theo/Guthrie out, and Lukaku/Sess/Michu in to field 11 pts. Took a 4pt hit to field 11, as most my league will not even be close to fielding 11, and those that do (the top 5 or 6), will be spending 12pts to do so š

To answer your question, I wouldn't worry one bit about losing value... as long as you have a team you are happy, now is the time to think about a few punts especially on weeks like this next one IMO...
Dropping RVP for Rooney, bringing Suarface back, and (hopefully) one more week with Aguero will be masterful.
Sessegnon....Sissoko....and Lukaku will make or break me this week.
Hopefully the rest of my league (many of whom have 2 or 3 chels, 2 or 3 united, 2 or 3 arse etc), will field 6-9 players. š

Personally (yes this is from someone who finally broke in the 200k range for the season), I would look at getting rid of at least Mata and Theo, and I think the trendy thing now is to even do RVP to Shrek.
For the week, just do Demel to somone and play with 11
