We’re down to the last 16 in the Scout Members Cup after last weekend’s results. Rodallega Bombs, who knocked out Evs in the previous round, progresses once again, while Stevey Trader was the top scoring manager for the round with 53 points – all the more impressive, given he took an eight point hit.

Elsewhere, former winner Fuzzy Dunlop is still in with a shout, as is site regular Eunuch Jelly, after a 45 point haul in Gameweek 30. The draw for the next round is being sorted out behind the scenes – we should be rolling that out tomorrow or Thursday:

1 Just_Ty 26 34 fodowd
2 cuihe_508 37 33 Old Glory
3 Zizo 46 49 drakesdrum
4 SQUEAKYBUMTIME 34 40 Rodallega Bombs
5 Avenger 39 31 apmorley
6 HitHappens 38 20 diz
7 HeartOfTheCity 41 34 Fadge87
8 Fuzzy Dunlop 33 30 Caversham feltchers
9 NA_Owlstars 34 53 www.msospace.com
10 Acquafresca 37 23 Conroc coffee
11 12 inch of fury 29 17 Toxicmama
12 stewpot 35 23 United13
13 Nick 30 45 Eunuch Jelly
14 Maddocio 39 38 Lonecomander
15 mcginley50 45 39 Teacher42
16 Paul 34 37 bgs

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

At this stage of reason should I be getting hung up on losing value in players ? I stand to lose 0.9 in selling Michu

I thought one point of building up value was so you could afford to lose value selling off at this point of the season?

Yeah, I know, but once I've sold him I've got this nagging doubt I'll never be able to afford to get him back

I've had him since week 1 Evs, thought he was a season keeper but I've just sold for Caz, I think it's important to not let sentimentally impare judgement, if your looking to upgrade him then it's easy to get him back and likelihood is it will be for gw36 where money shouldn't be an issue as our thoughts turn to those fighting for there lives at the bottom, as opposed to the more expensive players from the top teams.

Sold him for Caz this week myself. That leaves Demel as my only season long keeper. Not sure how that happened.

    Hi.
How does the transfer of Lambert to Berbatov sound?
And which is the best GK to have for the remaining weeks except De Gea?

    Thanks.

Does Fulham have a DGW coming up? If so then might be worth it. I can't answer the GK question because after trying to figure it out, i just went with De Gea.

best GK is definately cech....but dont think the price tag is worth it

i had berba for a while but got frustrated when he kept playing deep. So long as he plays upfront could work...plus has a game extra over lambert

        Thanks guys.

De Gea will definitely miss two games out of the remaining ones which makes him very unappealing to me.
I would love Cech but I already have Azpili Lampard and Mata.
I think I will go for Berba [yes they have one fixture yet to be scheduled.]

Thanks buddy. I dont really want to take any punts, I just want a solid GK who I can play for the rest of the games. Its bad enough to use one transfers for a GK, if Fabianski is rested then I would end up with having to use another transfer! And I intend to keep Federici and transfer out Mignolet instead. Appreciate your advice.

And Congratulations on your rank. 29 steps to glory.

Its easy to defeat it. I picked a young cricketer who just recently made it to my countrys cricket teams first XI. He had too much in common with the other young cricketers in the team and Akinator never guessed it right. It guesses wrong 3 times before it gives up and asks you for the answer.

yep I have it as an android app. its fantastic. Dont use it anymore, but at one point i was in complete awe of it. it even guesses the remotest celebrities from the remotest countries!
Sometimes it gets it wrong but you get the option to continue playing then you are asked more questions but it always eventually gets it right.
If you press Yes to every question then it calls you Yes Man! hahaa

Had a bourbon-induced epiphany last night and will be ramping it up for gw33: hoping to get 16 teams to choose squads of 4 players each and then I will slot them into a single elimination tournament. Should be fun if I can sort out the details.

Ballacks........so shipping Mata could end in tears if they then pick up a DGW.

Or is it Hazard time anyway....?

Pointless statistic of the day. I've had 10 GWs outside the one million GW rank 😳
    That's 1 in every 3 GWs 🙁
Makes me wonder if it's all worth it. That literally means I've been walking around all grumpy in real life for roughly 2.5 months since last August 😆

Still, you're doing really well to have had all those GWs outside 1m and still be 15k. Feast or famine this season maybe? 😉

I noticed the other day I've only had 7 red arrows all season, I love starting terribly 😀

yeah I suppose it is. But I'd still prefer to have the kind of season I'm having than to be up there from the very start, it feels like it's been hard earned and the climb is half the fun! 😀

Me too! I've had one good start in six years and I finished 79th! Every other year I'm playing catch up. Last season was the worst. No Rooney or Aguero or dzeko early on. Took about ten weeks just to get in the top million 😮

Right DZers. What do you think of going absolutely, balls out, YOLO, batshit crazy for these DGWs.

    If Chelsea win the replay (confirming a United DGW in 33) I'm looking at this ;

    4 point hit in GW31 and 4 point hit in GW33 to give a full front 7 of DGWers ;

    Walcott, Cazorla, Fellaini, Pienaar.
    RVP, Rooney, Giroud.

Not a bad idea at all...

      But I'd think about going...

      Wally Caz Fellaini Kagawa
      RVP Rooney Mirallas

      ?

I really like the Mirallas fella. Kagawa could be good too if the title is all but sewn up.

But overall I think a top heavy DGW set-up is where I'm goin'. Can't be arsed signing defenders or GKs with only 8 GWs left..

I'm interested in your exit strategy. That full front 7 of DGWers of yours, I suppose you won't be taking any hits after GW33 and continue the following GWs with that front 7, of course with your FTs doing small changes of the shape of your squad.

Morning lads. It really is quiet, I went to bed about 6 and half hours ago and it's moved 1 page in the meantime.

Anyway, looking at the standard Michu to Caz transfer and losing one of last 2 originals. But the form just isn't there. Also considering a Bunn to Flappyhandski transfer. I have Migs as laying back-up and a wc if the Fab wagon goes tits up.

That depends on how you look at it. If I do both it's -4, so I can argue the Caz move was the hot since swapping a keeper has been my priority this week, due to the Migs (poor fixtures) and Bunn (not likely to play again) combo. I look at it as more long-term than next GW and givrn the fixtures it has a better chance of paying off
