I am a bit tempted to bench Theo myself, and do the same transfer of Sess to Baloney. Though, going without Arsenal cover in case Theo doesn't start, you'd be worried right? Though Reading did well for me FPL-wise for me against United, can't see them keeping Arsenal out for much.

Would you be happy to hold Wally (ready for dgw) and play the others?
What will your transfer requirements be next week – Cazorla will be rising and you'd possibly be paying more than 0.1m extra by GW33.
If it's of any help I brought Cazorla in on the Saturday of the last match weekend, but not for Wally. Naive I hear you say time will tell. My guess is that he won't play if there is the slightest doubt - Wenger won't want to take chances for a potentially straightforward game at the expense of losing him for the stiffer tasks ahead..Open Controls
