Make sure to offload all the old players with high salaries. And make sure to get one "good" player in each position. One one good defender, one mid and one striker. Look at the free agents.

But how can I tell if they're good or not? It's not like Fifa where you have ratings for each ability.

Yes you do, they are just different.
But you can go by the words of your scouts/coaches in most cases. See a decent ish player and get your scouts to prepare a report on them.Open Controls -
Off course. It's ratings for everything. Finishing, dribbling, pace, stamina etc. If you're lazy though you could just google "Bargains lower divisions fm13" or something 🙂 Ps. make sure not to buy players with very low natural fitness - They will get injured all the time.

FPL gives Walcott 75% chance of playing, so what is causing people to consider selling Walcott? Goal drought? Concern that injury will be more than a GW long injury?
