Resigned to mini-league defeat, Granville enjoys pointing out how I’m oh so wrong on the price rise tax, James McClean pre-season and Maynor Figueroa’s Gameweek potential. Jonty crashes in having leaped above me in the contributors league for a quick Rooney-themed gloat, followed by another “Full Jonty”, which this week puts focus on a “no hits please, I’m cautious” Fantasy manager from the Scout community. All the regulars squeeze in amongst that lot to deliver a lengthy wake-up call.

      If you want to go all Freudian on it, it's because it's a sign you are fertile. Back when we were apes the female would see a father with many kids as uber-attractive because many kids was were a strong symbol of fertility. Hence why men used to have 100 children with 100 different women. Like Genghas Khan. Since then we have moved on and use other kinds of mating calls like getting pissed and giving girls 'the eyes' at 3am in a shit nightclub etc.

      But still deep down women remember their natural instincts, the same way we see a buxom woman as a perfect mother because she can breast feed and we don't have to go to the shop for milk.

      My advice is to continue breeding and embrace your inner man beast.
