As the weekend edges ever-closer, many Fantasy managers are turning to double Gameweek 36 for that one last throw of the dice. With plenty mini leagues still on the line, we turn to the Opta statistics in our members section to analyse the form players from each of the six sides facing up to a pair of fixtures.

Creating a stats table for all clubs concerned, we’ve selected a number of key attacking indicators and applied filters in order to ascertain those players who have offered the greatest goal threat in recent weeks. We’ve stipulated a player must have at least 10 touches in the box, 4 shots and 2 shots on target over their last four matches – in addition, all four of those appearances must have come in their respective sides’ last six fixtures in order for the individual to be considered.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

    Good article.

I'm approaching broken record territory here, but I really like the look of Nasri's stats, Would be easier if you could have four City players.

I really liked Nasri as an FPL prospect in general, just a shame his real-life form means he gets rotated a lot in the long-run.

You reckon he'll move this summer?

        I really don't know.

Possibly, he's been dodgy for most parts of his City career imo. I think he is a good FPL player when in form, and there are some suggestions that he is in or about to enter a good patch.

City would be mad to sell him in my opinion. Injuries and rotation have ruined him this season, when he plays week in week out, he is outstanding, often unplayable.

He wasn't really great last season either. Bar about 6 months he wasn't even that consistently great at Arsenal. A player who is occasionally great rather than a player destined for greatness.

Yeah i can see your point, i just think Mancini has tinkered with him too much. Still think he will develop into a top player one day, this maybe controversial but i think he could have a bigger impact for them than Silva. He's a big game player aswell.

This means that once again our competition is for a real prize - and a CUP, at that. Although the prize is similar to that won so gloriously by Hard Van Toulouse, the value is much increased. We are suitably grateful to our new sponsors, as should you be!!! 😀

I was trying to figure out who to play between Davies and Enrique the other night and I looked at their last 10 games.

Enrique has 5.1ppg and Liverpool have kept an impressive 9 CS at home this season.

Davies in contrast has 1.8ppg over the last 10 games.

So over a DGW his projected 'form' would be 3.6 per DGW. That's barely scraping the required 4 points you'd at the very least desire from a DGWer.

If you add in the fact that Neil Taylor is back on the scene (therefore threatening Davies' postion), you are looking at a potentially miserly DGW score. Especially when you consider they play Man City in the first game, a game they may lose by more than 2 goals.

So in conclusion, whilst Enrique's CS potential isn't as high as most weeks, due to Everton being a strong enough side. His attacking threat + security of starts and form means I'm swaying towards picking Enrique.

    Thoughts? 🙂

I'm gauging that's not such a smart move and may ditch Maloney for Mata or not even bother with Mata and save 4 points........

People are hyping up Walcott like he's the new messiah because he's playing QPR. QPR whilst generally woeful are surprisingly stubborn defensively at times at home. Plus Walcott has been significantly better at home this season rather than on the road in my opinion. If it was a home game I'd be shaking in my boots but I think it will be tougher than people are expecting. Especially as he's not playing centrally.

Against a team full of championship players. They were completely outplayed and should have lost.

They didn't care, play like that against Arsenal, which I have a feeling they will as there is absolutely no motivation there anymore they will get hammered.

Just reading that apparently Klopp was wanted by Bayern Munich and Hamburg before he signed a contract with Borussia.

Bayern went for Klinsmann because they wanted a big name, and Hamburg went with Martin Jol because he wore a suit to the interview and Klopp didn't bother 😯

    LLORIS
    CLICHY Johnson Rafael (Riise, Pearce)
    SILVA BALE MICHU Walcott (Fellaini)
    BA ADEBAYOR BENTEKE

    1FT, .8 ITB.

If Adebayor is fit and Andre says he hasn't deported him then I was thinking of just playing Walcott and Benteke rather than transferring a doubler in for Fellaini - that sound alright?

In which case getting a DGW defender - but who?! I'm full of Spurs, City and Chelsea will rotate. The best I can think is to get Luiz?

I realised today that WBA defenders are being overlooked a lot. Good chance of a CS at home to Wigan. Although the City game is a big negative.

Thinking about it we *could* get Ronaldo back on the cheap, if Real Madrid haven't finished paying up for the previous transfers between the clubs. (Ronaldo, RVN, Beckham)

Just a thought. Same with Garay(Real get 50% of the transfer fee).

Uefa have, by robbing us, robbed themselves. If they'd have just let the game take it's course we'd have been playing Dortmund, would have sailed past them and we'd be looking at a far more enticing final. Munich would give us a good game even in England. As it is, Munich have won the whole thing. We all know it.

I may be mad, but i'm contemplating selling Walcott and RVP. Everyone in my mini league has, and will likely play them. Most likely we will have a lot of similar DGW players so I think those SGW spots are important as differentials.

Hoping that Walcott continues his poor away form, and RVP / Man Utd with foot off the gas finds it tough against Chelsea.

I need to catch up 30 points somehow, and I think this may be the only solution. Now who to bring in?

You risk falling further behind by selling them both. They could score well this week and while
2 x DGW players sounds better on paper it's difficult picking the right ones.

I might just sell RVP, and bench Walcott (yes I did say that) so I can still use him other weeks

    Evening chaps................

    Is it worth a -4 for Snodgrass(AVL) to Maloney/Yaya/Lampard/Michu/Nasri??

OR drop Fellaini instead for a 9.3 er

Actually Michu might not get both games. Last Swansea dgw he was rested for the 2nd game. I certainly hope he gets both but his history suggests he may be rested.

They were going for the cup at that point. He'll def play both but I'm avoiding as want to boost my rank with a well placed punt and half the world owns michu.

      I'm thinking this too.

      It's either Fellaini > Oscar -4 or RVP > Aguero & Fellaini > Hazard -8.
