      Its been done tough.

      No way Everton buys McCarthy for £13m and Barry on loan unless they knew the deal had gone through.

      No way Fellaini hands in a transfer request with hours to go unless terms already agreed before hand and Everton told him to hand in transfer request to make the club look good.

      Based on his performance at Real, yes I'd say he is, but he hasn't played in Prem yet.

      But look at what Arsenal did with Cazorla, and think about how much better Ozil is than Caz.
