Defoe 418 games 152 goals = 2.75 games per goal
Soldado 334 games 167 goals = 2 games per goal
with Defoe on the decline and Soldado heading into his peak, i'd say Soldado is a significantly better goal getter, but when you factor in that for Soldado its a new league, a new team and a new culture to adapt to, there wont be much in it in the short term.
