What has been your most regretted decision thus far this season?

Mine has to be opting for Matt Jarvis over Ramsey in GW 2......Had 5.5m for my 4th midfielder, narrowed it down to Ramsey and Jarvis, went for Jarvis because he was a winger feeding Carroll......

  I don't really have any....even though my rank is around the 200,000 mark. I look back and the main blunders were with hindsight or small things like picking Kim rather than say Whittingham or Brady.

        Nothing has gone right for me. Moses mignolet in from gw4. Sold aguero before his run. Missed the bulk of the SOT cleanies as I had other injury issues.
        
        Only bright spark is bringing in Suarez in GW6 but I only captained him twice - crystal palace and arsenal, his 2 lowest scores yet

  Either getting Tonev for my cheap mid at the start of the season, 0.3 gone within a week, or wildcarding early, not needed at all this season, I have had to spend points to repair my team since!

Fantasy Football Scout Daily Hot Topic

What to do about Hazard, who was punished by Mourinho and sent to the stands last night for missing a training session earlier in the week?

Well I just heard Mourinho's Hazard comments this morning and his tone was very much....he did wrong, he has been punished the matter is over and we can carry on. He was quite light about it.

I'm keeping after hearing that....I'd say he has a very good chance of starting and even on the bench will see game time.

I was initially tempted by Oscar as a crabby replacement but think even 20 mins of Hazard is worth holding back.

Trouble is...so few other mids around to replace Hazard even if I wanted to drop him.

    I think Oscar and Hazard are still his first choice across the three attacking mid roles. The other flank is still up for grabs.....Shurlle is someone that is starting to appeal more and more.
    
    I still think its a little up in the air regarding the midfield, which is annoying as they have some great fixtures.

      I think the best option is to avoid, regardless of their fixtures. They often get to 2-0 and then slow down. I have Oscar but no way is he or Hazard worth 9m.
      
      Not only because of the rotation threat, but the fact they just aren't playing very well.

    That's a tough one...considering my replacement is Whittingham and Chelsea can run rampant against weaker teams in the last 20 mins I'd say its worth the gamble.
    
    I have the same issue each week with Januzaj....my conclusion is that because he plays for Man U and is a very attacking player I'd take 20 mins of him over most other mids.

      Yeah for me I have Barkley(cry) and JWP(HUL) on the bench and I'm seriously considering starting one of them ahead of Hazard. I'm sure others have similar sub options.

        If I had Barkley I'd start him over Hazard anyway because I have an inbuilt Brighton fan gene to back any player to get a haul against Palace.

        JWP is bench fodder...great to have but never guaranteed a start. Barkley if picked plays behind Lukaku against the worst team the Prem League has seen since Derby.

  Looking at the stats i don't think either Hazard or Oscar are living up their billing...in fact falling short by a long way...Jose has been quoted many times this season with regard to his "attacking mids" back tracking to help out and that's where the missing stats lie from last season...surely. We are maybe guilty of wanting them to play as they did last season when in reality they aren't...or maybe it will change again.

ie. Suarez is at home to Fulham, so why not show Fulham's defensive stats and record on the road?

Most teams are more solid at home so I think it'd be a good addition.

      Get 'Turns Into Stone'. Not a studio album but a collection of singles and B-sides from the same era as the first album, some of which (e.g. "Elephant Stone", "Fools Gold") are easily as good or better than the studio album.

  I would only bench Ramsey for a differential with a great fixture and hope it pays off and the masses with Ramsey who play him no matter what blank.
  
  Don't think Townsend or Yaya fit that description.

Going to have at least a few good points on the bench this week whichever way I go 🙁

Also my defenders all have sumptuous fixtures and Ozil doesn't seem explosive enough to risk losing a - hopefully easy - CS for. Cheers fellas!

    I already have Arsenal "cover" with Ramsey and I don't see Arsenal thrashing United. (I do think they'll win though). Pablo H should hopefully run the show for Swansea, especially with Michu out, and he also tends to be a bit more explosive than Ozil when he gets 75+ mins on the pitch.
    
    Also I don't believe in cover for defence. I've had Boruc + Shaw from GW 1 and played them together most weeks and it worked out. I reckon Stoke are far worse a goal threat than Fulham (Ruiz, Berba, Bent).
