We roll out the final part of our weekly recommendations for the next four-to-six Gameweeks this afternoon. Having already ran the rule over the Defence and Midfield we turn our attentions to the men up front, where a couple of South Americans lead the way:

With form and fixtures still firmly on his side, Luis Suarez is an immovable force at the top of the forward standings this week. The Uruguayan faces a flight back from his native country ahead of the weekend Merseyside derby and while a trip to Goodison isn’t the easiest, Suarez then has three home games (NOR, WHM, CAR) and a trip to Hull in the subsequent five as he looks to continue the form that has already harvested four sets of double figures in six appearances. Daniel Sturridge drops down the pecking order this week – the England forward has now registered blanks in each of the last two and, in comparison to his strike partner, has managed a single double figure haul in 11 Gameweeks; a crucial factor when weighing up captaincy options.

Sergio Aguero remains tucked in behind Suarez despite a surprising blank away at Sunderland. The City forward has also produced four hauls of 10+ this term and with seven goals and five assists in his last six appearances, has more or less mirrored the Liverpool forward’s form. Having already scored and picked up bonus against both United and Chelsea, he’ll have no fear as Spurs roll up to the Etihad next Sunday and with Swansea, West Brom and Fulham in the next six, Aguero is handed plenty chance to retain his spot as the overall leader in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game.

Wayne Rooney is our preferred United forward. David Moyes’ side have trips to Cardiff and Villa, in addition to home games against Everton, Newcastle and West Ham in the next six – Rooney has now scored or assisted in seven of the last eight and has been the champions’ most consistent attacker this term. There’s no denying Robin Van Persie’s rise to form, though. The Dutchman has notched in each of the last four and has finally found the form of old but at 13.9, non-owners are likely to be swayed by Rooney’s 11.0 price tag as a route into Moyes’ attack.

Seven goals in the last seven Gameweeks highlights the form of Loic Remy. The Newcastle forward’s prospects have further improved since being shifted to centre-forward as Alan Pardew moves from 4-3-3 to 4-4-2 and at just 7.9, he’s offered superb value for money – back-to-back home games with Norwich and West Brom beckon, while a trip to Swansea and even United won’t deter the Frenchman, who has helped steer his side to recent wins over Chelsea and Spurs.

Christian Benteke continues to toil since returning from injury but the schedule still smiles kindly on the Villa frontman. Paul Lambert’s side square up to West Brom, Sunderland and Fulham in the next four – offering the big Belgian a chance to rediscover his confidence in front of goal. As our recent Members Monitor article attest to, Benteke is still seeing plenty chances inside the box – he’s expected to recover from a knee knock sustained on international duty in time for Monday evening’s trip to the Hawthorns.

Three home games in four (SOU, HUL, EVE) and a trip to Cardiff are on Olivier Giroud’s upcoming agenda. Like Benteke, the Frenchman seems to have lost the knack of scoring – he’s managed just a single strike in the last seven, with a trio of assists over the same period keeping his Fantasy tally ticking over. Nonetheless, with only Nicklas Bendtner foe competition, Giroud is nailed on for Arsene Wenger’s league leaders.

A brace against Stoke in the previous Gameweek suggested Wilfried Bony is starting to find his feet in the top-flight. The Ivorian has been slowly eased into league action by Michael Laudrup – the Potters game was only his fifth start – but with Michu absent, Bony (at 7.4) looks vital to his side’s attacking prospects. A weekend trip to Fulham looks enticing and with home games against Newcastle and Hull, supplemented by a road trip to Norwich in the next five, he’s another mid-price option to consider, with an ownership until 4%.

Romelu Lukaku is another player struggling for form right now. With a single goal in the last four, the Everton forward has already shed plenty of owners this week – still the sixth most popular forward in the FPL game with an ownership around the 22% mark, he takes a tumble in light of a schedule which pits him against Liverpool, United and Arsenal in the next four.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

    Current team

    Vorm/Marshall
    Burner/Luiz/Chester/GJ/Clyne
    Sess/Ozil/Barkley/Oscar/Morrison
    Aguero/Suarez/Lukaku

0.5 in the bank with 2 changes. Originally was going for Luiz & Chester out but didn't know who to put in. So instead i'm thinking Luk > Rooney & Ozil > Ramsey
Reason for that is without Rooney i don't have an obvious captain choice in what looks like a difficult GWK.

    Good changes? Any different ideas?

    Hello all,

Would appreciate your views on the below.

Have three transfers I would like to make over the next 2 GWs ... but can't decide which is the most urgent.

Currently fielding (3.8m in the bank)

    Boruc

    Terry Sakho Vlaar (Coleman, Chester)

    Oscar Ramsey Sess Brady (Barkley)

    Rooney Giroud Suarez

My 1FT this week has been used on Silva - Sess.

    Transfer wishlist:

    1) Sakho - GJ (Sakho not getting the minutes and potentially won't play vs. Everton regardless of his brace for France, GJ only 0.2 more expensive and looks far better value)

    2) Giroud - Aguero (just worried Aguero will explode again, however selling Giroud for a hit when he is playing at home feels unwise)

    3) Barkley -> someone cheap like Ravmo (not getting gametime, value looks like dropping further and Ravel will rise - however neither of them would be in my starting 11 this week)

Currently thinking 1) this week (for -4); and 2) and 3) next week (for -4).

Any views? Or am I missing something even more obvious?

    Cheer

i would be tempted to sit on it rather than take a hit. i would play coleman, then if saurez doesnt score you may get CS and bonus as a result, but if he does score you will get his points anyway. almost like a spread bet.
the percentage of gaining points from giroud move arent worth it either
also barkley may drop but WHU fixtures arent great i think and morrison needs to do all work himself to get goal, good teams wont let that happen.

You do need Aguero ... while he might score this week I dont see him going nuts.

I dont like Liverpool defence. Not since Suarez has come back they are set up differently and this has not helped clean sheets, although that might change after the derby.

I think Barkley for Brady would definitely be worth the punt this week now that we know he is back

    The Internationals? Nope
    Everton's tight defence? Nope
    Away game? Nope
Early kick-off? Pfft, nope, who's decision would be based on the time of the game?

This week captaincy is such a ballache. Suarez, Rooney, Sessegnon and even Gerrard are all appealing to me. The Suarez (c) is tried and tested and hasn't failed me yet though! Sess monday night football derby match is a tempting punt though!

I think he's as good an option as any, if not better. Its very hard to say what kind of a game its going to be. Could be a really tight affair or an all out goalfest. At the end of the day, Suarez's stats are off the charts and he doesn't seem phased by tiredness or away games or anything he just scores goals, so it is as safe as you're going to get.

so enrique's injury looks like running right through to the end of the january wildcard.
    their options:

    1) the straight swap - cissokho left back. kolo toure owners have a possible straight swap here too with cissokho also being 5.0mil.

    2) the johnson wife swap - johnson has flirted with left back before, some argued he even looks better there. kelly right back johnson left back

    3) the ropey wife swaps - johnson left back kolo toure right back. kolo can play there but it still never really suits him. likewise johnson right back sakho left back, can play there but doesn't suit him at all.

all in all 1 looks most likely, although i'd love to see 2. crab move incoming i think. so crustrating

Hmm nah I've kind of put that idea on hold for now. Gonna monitor where Rooney plays now that Carrick is out. I've kind of just got too many other transfers I want to do to bother with that move right now and there isn't enough between them to warrant the price different yet. Yet being the operative word. I think RVP could really start massively outscoring him soon and if he does I will probably get him.

Just a little context as to where Walcott currently stands within the game for any impending transfers in...First table is ICT threat for the last four gameweeks...Second table is ICT threat for the last four matches played by player...http://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/my-stats-tables/view/4386/

still think this week is a bit early, but Ozil to Walcott (if you have Ramsey too) is extremely tempting

Don't play it now. If you're going to play it this late you shouldve at least activated it at the start of the break for price increases.

    Which would you rather have:

    A: Aguero & Snodgrass
    B: Giroud & Nasri

I'm thinking the answer is probably obvious to some (at least) but would appreciate some opinions!

This week will either go really well, or really badly for me...

    Szc
    Collins - Terry - Shaw
Silva (I know, but random hopeful gamble) - Ramsey - Townsend - Sessegnon
    Benteke - Rooney (c) - Suarez

    Bench: Boruc, Nasty, Barkley, Coleman

Anything anyone would change? (No more transfers, already taken a -4 for Sess & Suarez)

I don't know whether to be happy or unhappy as a non owner. Would I prefer him to play and link up with my man Suarez? Or would I prefer him to not play and the hundreds of thousands of owners not getting any points from him? In fact him playing but not being 100% is probably the best scenario.

FFS (and I don't mean the website)

Rodgers was asked about the fitness of striker Daniel Sturridge, who completed 90 minutes in England's 1-0 friendly defeat by Germany at Wembley earlier this week.

He continued: "He obviously went to England with an injury. He's had a dead leg for about three to four weeks that he has been playing through. He hardly trained when he left, after the Fulham game.

"We'll assess him; he's back recovering after that, with the other international players. We'll see how it is over the next couple of days."

    http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/latest-news/149575-br-provides-quartet-fitness-latest

How often does this guy have problems with his legs? I thought this was behind him.

If he's aggrivated it playing for England, there's a real chance he could be rested. The fact that he was rested for the first game and played 90 mins vs. Germany is a good sign I guess.

Somewhere there is a giant stash of gloatmarks from people who warned about Sturridge's constant fitness problems. I don't care, I got all his goals and sold before his run of blanks :jammy:

A 'dead leg'? That sounds like a made up injury anyway. Especially one that lasts for '3-4 weeks'!

      I suspect he'll be okay.
